You lied about my purchased flight, you stranded me in an airport for 10 hours, you lied about my baggage being included, and I get to do this all again when I return in a few days. You have not sent my return ticket and I have absolutely no reason to trust you to provide anything your promised. I wish I never hired you.

Timely calls

Paid March 1, never revived a ticket. All I got was the run around today. I thought I would get an email with the E ticket for a flight tomorrow morning at 5 AM instead I got to run around telling me to call back every three hours and they will send me my E ticket in my email. I finally had a rebook a flight and paid four times as much cause it’s the last minute for a flight tomorrow never ever use findflightscost.com. I think it’s a scam.

Here I go again. I had a problem with this company last Feb 2025, and they gave me a credit voucher for JetBlue for $450 expiring on 7-31-2026. I tried to make a reservation and now they tell me it is expired and need the manager to ok it. He is out of the office for a month!! Nobody else seems to be able to help. I can't wait a month as my trip is in 3 weeks.
