After exploring tons jersey options, I finally discovered FIITG. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I had never ordered jersey's online before, but after receiving the first few jersey's I instantly knew I had made a great decision. That was 3 years ago and I have purchased more than 20 jersey's. The quality is phenomenal and the attention to detail is amazing. FIITG has a customer service team that truly cares and they always want to make sure you have the best possible experience. They stand behind their products and they want their customers to be happy. FIITG is a 5 star company in everyway and I could not mean that more genuinely. This is a sincere review and I am a real person who could not be happier. Thank you FIITG for making my baseball team the Brewers, the best dressed team in the league!

The customer service is inconsistent . I had an order that was in limbo for months only because it was not delivered to the billing adress. I am still waiting for this order. I had to repay another 20 dollars to have it made again and shipped that I have still not received. I will never order again not recommend to use this company . I had the same order from the competitor which I received in 15 days that had also came from over seas.

I accidentally ordered the wrong jersey and it was custom. Sent an email and they got right back to me! Refunded my mistake and sent me the link for the correct jersey! I always appreciate great customer service!

Material is super cheap nothing what it looks like on the site. Will not recommend. I’ll stick to American made.

We had jerseys made for our high school baseball team. Unfortunately we got started late in the process. Fiitg was the only company that could get them made & to us before our season was over.
The jerseys are awesome looking. Kids, coaches & fans love them. So far they are holding up well. The sizes do run big.
We thought they were going to be made in America. I was surprised when they shipped from china.
The most frustrating part of the process was the communication was extremely challenging. Before we placed & paid for the order we communicated often. After payment it was extremely hard to get someone to get back to us. The answers to our questions were sometimes difficult to decipher.

This is a scam, I ordered a jersey but never received it, I was given a fake tracking number they said the order is delivered but it was never.

The product (a customized jacket) arrived on time, and fits great! I mean, it fits me perfect. I am 6'1" 210, and a Large fits perfectly! It's of good quality, especially for the price. I had never heard of 'fiitg," so I was a bit skeptical at first. But, boy did they come through with a good looking, great fitting jacket! I will be ordering from them again for sure!

I ordered these for the Admin team at the hospital that I work at, and the quality of the jerseys is fantastic. Highly reccommend!

From the start, Helen and the customer service team were incredible in helping us customize and order our baseball jerseys. Their professionalism and customer service were unmatched. Quick turn around for 30+ baseball jerseys and had no sizing issues. Helen made sure to contact her regarding any sizing issues if any. This is the 2nd order we have placed here and we are satisfied and plan to order again in the future. While they produced and shipped quickly, I recommend giving atleast 2 weeks upon order placement before arrival final arrival. This may differ from smaller orders and shipping options but understandably, it takes longer to produce 30+ jerseys (and do it correcty). In my situation, it took 10 business days exactly from charging my card to receiving the package (with express shipping).

Jersey was made with team name on the back instead of the front. Notified customer service, and they told me they’d send the correct one for no additional cost. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you respond to them that counts. 👍

Always go above and beyond for my overall experience for my Clothing Brand and they are one of my main go to when I need production done we have good history overall together and always make sure they can do the best for me I appreciate that -Helen and Fiitg team . -True High Clarity
