Horrible , no communications

The jersey took pretty long to get here, almost about 4 weeks and the shipping company changed 3 times, but the jersey set arrived fine, just as i customized it on the website, no damage or anything bad but don’t expect it to arrive fast if you are paying with free shipping!

I’m having a similar issue to all the customers that have complained on here and the process is DEFINITELY GIVING SCAMMER vibes.

I ordered a custom jacket a few weeks ago. got an email that it shipped on 6/13. The email links to a "tracking number" that goes nowhere, it's labeled a "USPS" number but the USPS tracking site doesn't recognize it. there's absolutely no further information about where it is or any hint of an estimated delivery date.

The package is still saying it’s in a state no movement just 6/21 but hasn’t left abd usps has no recognition of the package.

I’m thinking the positive comments maybe from them and NOT REAL CUSTOMERS

Always responsive customer service. Easy to see logos and lettering. The team says t-shirt jerseys are so comfortable and they don't fade after several times being washed. Thank you Fiitg team because even when corrections or add ons are made, they are quick to assist!

The shirt quality is good with both my shirts I received. The time to get the items was a bit long due to the back and forth emails to confirm what I wanted on them.
I will definitely order again!

We ordered a custom jersey three weeks ago. We got an email that it shipped on May 27. The email links to a "tracking number" that goes nowhere, it's labeled a "USPS" number but the USPS tracking site doesn't recognize it (nor does UPS, I tried just in case). In response to my email asking for an update, I got a note telling me that the package had cleared customs or something to that effect. We now can see that the package reached a "hub or sorting center" and "arrived at Unit" last Friday, but it's impossible to tell whether the "hub" is the US, our state, or our city, and there's absolutely no further information about where it is or any hint of an estimated delivery date. I downloaded the app their shipping confirmation says we should use to track the package, and it gave me nothing other than the exact same 5-day-old "arrived at hub" message. At this point, we've learned our lesson about ordering from this or other similar companies. Whatever they say about the shipping time, either ignore it or multiply it by two or three.

I've ordered jerseys and t shirts from several times and they always do an excellent job!

Not sure what to say other than that this website is a total ripoff. All the negative comments are true. This site is a total scam. If you want to spend your money and not receive a thing, go ahead and order. It seems like all the good reviews are paid reviews.

Very disappointed with my jersey. The options of having printed or stitched is very misleading. I asked for stitched logo as in my personal opinion would look much nicer than a printed version. When I received the jersey the logo is still printed. Just printed separately then stitched onto the jersey, rather than individual layers creating the text logo stitched on.

I ordered a Hoodie with my own text. Afterwards I realized that I forgot to add a logo. I contacted customer service who helped me right away. They asked me to send the log ASAP and they would solve it. It sent a link where I could pay for the extra order. However, there was a problem with the payment and after several emails between us, they said that I don't have to pay for the logo because of the problem. Miky at the support helped me, the best! I Will tell more how long the delivery will take and tell about the result.

Fast shipping, this is a great product my family loves there jersey. Will definitely be doing more work with this guys in the future.

Scam. All their products are factory-made in China. Nothin is handmade. Cheap quality. Horrible jerseys with defects. Customer service is nonexistent and shipping takes forever. This website should be shut down..

Still waiting on product and no info on tracking package so highly unlikely going to order anything from this company again. Was not a special order either, just a single shirt to verify fit for team.

I needed to order custom baseball jerseys for my adult baseball league team. I worked with Helen, who was great! She was super helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I ended up ordering 17 custom jerseys with our team name and players' names and numbers all stitched and they came out fantastic. They have held up well so far after multiple games and washes. The ability to customize the jerseys to our exact specifications got us something that is unique and I know all the other teams in the league are jealous of how good we look! One thing I was worried about was the sizing, but Helen assured me that they would be true to size, and she was right. I wear a US size large t-shirt and ordered my jersey in a size large, and it fits perfect! I was also worried the jerseys wouldn't arrive on time for the start of our season, but again Helen assured me they would and they arrived on time, nicely packaged. Thanks Helen and FIITG for a great experience and product!

I've ordered about 20 jerseys from this company, all custom made. Love each one of them. I'm wearing a US Army football jersey they made me, it's one of my favorites.
