We host an event for our top companies and I know they will love what we ordered which was customized with everyone's name. Just received the shipment and they all look great, thank you Helen!

From the start, Helen was great, she provided fast, prompt service and answered all my queries. I ordered 16 x personalised baseball shirts, differents names & numbers on front and back. All items arrived 3 weeks after placing the order, all shirts received with correct nanes etc..material quality was fine, highly recommended, will purchase again in the near future. I asked for a very specific font to be used.
They found it and my hoodie and beanie is the best I've received yet from a manufacturer.

Horrible DO NOT BUY!!! Not only have i not recieved my package but the “tracking number” AG741152441CN thru USPS Doesnt even exist!!!!! Fake website!!! They are just robbing you for youre money now im down 60 bucks and damn near a month later with no jersey STILL!!!

I ordered 5 blank jerseys on February 6th. I read a review of someone who said they didn’t receive their jerseys until a month after ordering and I had a similar experience. They took a little over a month to arrive but luckily just in time. Regardless when they did arrive they were great quality. I was afraid that they would be thin and cheap but they were a nice weight. Although they were 100% polyester they took heat well from the heat press.

Came out pretty solid no complaints

The jersey looks & fit great. Looks just the way I was hoping for. If you don’t mind waiting about a month give or take I’d say it well worth the price.

I placed an order at the start of February. I was told 10 days, what an absolute joke. It's been almost a month and a half, and I have no high hopes of getting my product soon. They have been so tricky and FedEx has not held me either. I bet if I want a refund I won't get it since it's been over 30 days. Of course, it's been over 30 days since yall don't know how to ship these items. Also if it's going to take more than 10 days then don't lie and tell us it will take 10 days. Be normal and say up to 2 months. Do not buy from this company and honestly I should just get a full refund for being put through all this trouble.

The site said shipping within 10 days. No mention of a peak season or delays in Feb. or March of 2023 as mentioned d by the person looking into my shipping issue.
*It’s now been 1 month* since placing my order.

I did receive an update that said I should get an update last week. (that has not happened)
Issue-I had a time line to meet and had I known it would take this long, I maybe would have tried another option.
In my case (timing mattered since I needed this for a special trip)

If a company has a peak season or delays in general-they really need to disclose this to their customers prior to placing an order. Saying you can ship items in 10 days or even 10 business should be honored.

As of today-Still waiting for a shipment receipt/update since last week…

They did everything I asked . I had hard time choosing the fronts. The fronts are different on the front then back. I am a little disappointed about that. The stitching is mostly good few strains stick up. Took over almost 3 months to get the order for 2 hoodies. And I couldn't understand the tracker. Not as good as American tracking. Used differently I guess. But comfortable and nice background behind my design. And my brand name

First I had to go through loop holes just to pay for my jersey because the first time I wasn't charged correctly! Now it has been over a month an haven't received my jersey!

DO NOT BUY FROM FIITG!!!! They took my money and STILL have not sent me my order!! I ordered 3 jackets back on January 12. The website promised 8-10 business days. I emailed them on 1/28 and they sent me a response apologizing and reassured me the order was going to be shipped. That was a lie. I emailed them again on the 8th. They responded saying it will be shipped on the 15th. Then they emailed me last week with a tracking number saying my order was on the way and that tracking number is invalid!! Whatever you do DO NOT USE THEM! I have a team order of 80 jackets I was going to place but thank god I wanted to see the quality first before placing a big order like that. I would have been out $8,000.

We used FIITG for our teams uniforms for the upcoming season and we were very pleased with how they turned out! If you want to buy in bulk make sure you use their bulk ordering program, as Helen is very easy to work with and she does a great job! They also arrived very fast!

Quality of jerseys was good. Shipping and delivery took over a month, don't expect fast shipping.

Great quality and they are diligent in getting your order the way you want it. Correcting mistakes with patience and commitment.

It's been a month and still haven't had my 1 item sent to me! Still no jersey yet but they Do have great customer service and have offered me a partial refund and still sending me my Jersey for the delay which I appreciate
