I ordered a pair of Muay Thai shorts through their eBay page, but never received my order, nor did they ever get back to my messages. Luckily eBay refunded me. Very poor run business.

I returned my order using the label made4fighters gave me. Royal Mail confirmed delivery early August. It is now late September and they have still not issued my refund. Their own policy says refunds are processed within 48 hours, but more than a month later I have nothing back.

Customer service is a joke and take weeks to reply only to say something robotic.

Looking through other reviews I can see I am far from alone. There are dozens of people reporting the exact same thing, returns marked as delivered and then ignored, endless robotic replies, and no money back.

This is not a one-off mistake, it is a pattern. They take your money and refuse refunds when you send items back. Do not trust this company.

Pretty surprised to see such a low score here. I had a wonderful experience, my order was delivered within couple of days, everything just as it looked on the pictures and I'm ready to order again.

Ordered something from this website without realising they use Evri (lol!!!). A week later tracking number still says they couldn’t deliver and will try next working day, emailed made4fighters multiple times with no reply, tried their chat on website and it crashes every time🤣🤣🤣. Looks like I’ll have to do a chargeback as clearly won’t get my order or my money back

Just scammers. They are advertising stuff with very good prices but in fact they don’t have in stock.

Incorrect size guide provided online resulting in wrong size of T-shirt being ordered and gifted then was unable to return for full refund when item is unworn and in all original packaging due to arbitrary returns period. Now have £100 worth of clothing that can’t be worn or refunded.

Ordered a gym bag and it didn't turn up, the company are extremely unhelpful and I am now £100+ out of pocket. I'd firmly advise you to avoid ordering with them.

Great equipment, recieved my goods with express delivery, came in two separate deliveries, but I sort of guessed it would. The customer service team were very helpful in responding to my questions. Thank you

I orderd 3 pairs of Elion boxing gloves from them. And one pair arrived not only with a sellotaped box but when I opened them I saw blood on the dust bag upon further inspection I saw the source of the blood the gloves had been used and had a blood splatter on the front of the glove( I would of loved to attach the pictures) . After writing to complain on their website I realised I didn’t add the discount code to my order and they strung me along for a month until the discount code was no longer valid to say they would not offer me discount only a new pair. This is poor service on many levels

James was very helpful, providing top customer service. After enquiring if my order would be delivered next day on Saturday after being ordered on a Friday, James added a note to my order to ensure it was delivered with a method that would do just that. Top customer service :-)

Where do I start.. I have a lot of issues with this shop, however I have to give my thanks to their CS team that is very quick in solving my issues. I have never shopped here before and after reading Trustpilot I made my purchase, so I hope my review can help people making buying decision.

First issue: I couldn't add anything in my cart! Every time the page refreshes, my cart is empty again. It's frustrating because how can you make a sale when the website doesn't work? Solution: CS team created the order on my behalf, and sent me the invoice that I can pay. Not a fan of this because I have to send my data through email, but I was desperate in getting my Muay Thai shorts so I did. The good thing is they can also add 10% first order discount manually to my order.

Second issue: I paid for express shipping, which promises the delivery within 3 days (to Ireland).
However I got charged double the price, claiming the information on the website isn't updated anymore. Solution: I complaint and sent them screenshot, and they honor the website price (under Delivery & Return section). The website looks updated now, but I was surprised no one from their team noticed to update this very important info.

Third issue: After 3 days, my shipment hasn't been shipped yet. I was disappointed because I paid extra for express shipping, but my order is treated as a normal shipping.. I mean why would I pay extra if my order will still come late? Solution: I wrote email to CS, and CS kingly refunded my express shipping.. which is very much appreciated. My order is eligible for free shipping, so in the end I didn't have to pay. They also mentioned they are in process of moving warehouse, which they didn't communicate on the website to manage customer expectation. This is very disappointing because express shipping won't work during this time.

I hope they are treating their CS team well, because I can only imagine they work very hard to make the customers happy. AND: my 3 Muay Thai shorts have arrived today (7 business days, including customs processing) and I am so happy with my purchase! I hope they add more size S into the TUFF Muay Thai shorts range because the option for this size is very limited.

All in all, I will gladly recommend this shop to anyone. I will buy again in the future, with expectation pre-managed.

Order to Finland took almost 2 weeks as expected. Didn't really matter since Made 4 Fighters had rapid and infromative customer service. My email got answered in 5 minutes, and just like that, all my questions were answered. Also the quality of my products was great.

Great gear. Terrible website. You filter it by gender and then size, only for everything you click on to be out of stock in that size.
It’s a shame as there’s plenty of great looking things on here but the shambles of a website makes it impossible. Make some effort on your website

I knew they could deliver by Xmas. I had faith. James didn't want to commit (understandable) but the warehouse team pulled it out of the bag and I got my order the next day! Go team.

Must commend the customer service, changed my delivery method upon request then issued my refund within 2 days are returning one of the items. Great range of products will definitely shop here again
