Professional and careful
Well I know people don't move house every day. But when you do move, give Fergusons a call. From first contact you get a relaxed professional approach with a real can-do attitude.
I will say they are not the cheapest, but
they are very competativ priced. They care about what they do and do it well. When you put your life in a lorry. Fergusons is the ones to take real care of you.

My moving day went smoothly, the team was professional, helpful and pleasant. I would like to thank the team for all their help on the day it was much appreciated.

The two lads who moved our belongings into storage for us were fantastic they dismantled everything that had to be done they were efficient and pleasent

Fergusons moved us from South Wales to Cramlington.
We have moved many times. We are both nearly 80 year old.
In all our moves we have found their staff top rate, both efficient, on time, friendly and courteous.

I was kept well-informed as to the arrangements for my move and those services Ferguson could provide me. On the day of the move the staff arrived in good time, worked studiously and professionally, were polite and asked the right questions and gave good advice and reassurance. They also took great care of my property. Whilst this was not a major movement of property it was organised perfectly and there was no wasted time, I can highly recommend Fergusons for the transportation of your possessions.

We have found Ferguson Removals staff to be both professional and friendly. The move from our house into storage for 8 months went smoothly, as did the storage itself. Elizabeth and Stephen have been great throughout. The guys who delivered our things yesterday were quick efficient and so helpful, just like those who packed everything up.
The only blot was the loss of instructions on how to reassemble our day bed. Hopefully they’ll either be found or we’ll manage to work it out.

Paddy, Ryan and team were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond in every aspect. from beginning to end they were courteous using our names and being so respectful to our property, new and old. They made what could’ve been a stressful day absolutely brilliant and were a pleasure to work with.

I moved house yesterday with Fergusons, and cannot speak highly enough of the care and service offered. Ryan led the team of super helpful and friendly guys. Nothing was a problem, everything was wrapped with such care and the whole team were a pleasure to have in my house. Would recommend this company, very professional, kept us informed right up to and during the removal, loaded on Tuesday and delivered to our new address Wednesday, nothing was to much trouble for the two removal guys, so if you are looking for a great company I would recommend you give Fergusons a call. 👍

Hard to believe there are good reviews. I keep finding things that have been damaged or broken.
A massive lorry used for a one bedroom flat move and obviously it was not packed together properly.
Kitchen lino ripped taking my fridge freezer in .
Key lost to my sideboard. Was told it was given to my boyfriend. Not true. I was even given inro trouble for swearing by the older removal man.

Turned up at the promised time. Very friendly and efficient staff. Lugged all my furniture and boxes up to my first floor flat with no complaints!! Highly recommended company.

From the start they were very professional and you knew that you could trust them.
Steven the boss explained everything that would happen from start to finish.
Liam and Ryan did the move and we're excellent continually asking if everything was ok and if things were in the right place.

From start to finish the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently by the Ferguson's team. The quote provided by Steve was extremely competitive and on moving day Ryan and the rest of the removals team were all friendly, hard working and considerate when moving items into our new home.
