Fergusons kept in touch regularly up to the date of the move with what to expect, timings etc.
On the day, the two representatives, Dean and Ryan, arrived in good time and I showed them everything that had to be moved and where to.
They were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Everything was carried out to a high standard and they were very trustworthy.
As an elderly lady on my own, it was good to have such skilled people helping me and not having to do anything myself.
I would highly recommend Fergusons to anybody who needs to move and finds it a daunting task. Fergusons make it so easy for the customer. Thank you.

Very helpful and efficient. The guys were friendly and patient and got everything moved before midday like a well oiled machine.

They were quick to respond to my enquiry. Came out and I received the quote next day, which was very reasonable considering we were going from Northumberland to Rutland.Fully explained their services. I packed myself,but they supplied all the boxes and paper.Arrived on the day, dismantled the bed, which my hubby offered to do but they said they were happy to do it. They were careful with all my things especially my crystal, which there was at least 4 boxes of. They covered the floor. In all a great service. They were just as helpful at our new property. Couldn't fault the 2 guys.

Brilliant service from coming out to give a quote, booking dates and times to moving my possessions with great care. Paddy and Liam were efficient professional and good humoured. Moving house can be very stressful but having Fergusons take care of the move helped greatly.

I have used Ferguson's to assist with a big house move, because of the amount of stuff I have used a removal company for the first time rather than doing it myself, tell you what, it is the best way of moving.

They were great from start to finish, getting a quote, booking it and then the communications was great.

On the day the guys turned up and the issue with parking didn't bother them, they have found a way and didn't complain about it one bit.
Ryan, Craig and Dean were really friendly. I explained to them what needs loading and what stays behind. After a brief discussion they gave me an estimate and I just left them to it. Later when they were unloading they followed instructions to a T and when they needed clarification rather than winging it they double checked where I wanted some of the stuff.

The overall experience was superb and if I do move again I will defo be using these guys again. Thank you again, you made this day a lot easier.

I am 73 and disabled the two guys Andy and his partner were amazing. They never stopped. They made sure I was ok all day. They took great care with my possessions. There was humour and banter going on between us all all day. It was a struggle to get a wardrobe through the front door. But they didn’t give in I can’t praise them enough!

Fergusons are fantastic. This is the second time that we have used their services and, yet again, they have excelled. I would like to thank Ryan and the team for going above and beyond to ensure that we were able to move into our new home on the day of completion. On what was a very stressful day, which was pushed right to the 11th hour, Fergusons were totally reliable, understanding, flexible, and personable - we can’t thank them enough for being so supportive. Would definitely recommend Fergusons. The lads were all really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The only slight thing I would mention was that things were a bit rushed towards the end with boxes being placed with contents labels the wrong way round & some in the wrong places, however, we didn't get the keys until late in the afternoon so that made things harder.

Communication was excellent throughout as was their customer service. On moving day, the team (Ryan, Liam, Paddy and Sergei) was incredibly hard-working, helpful, professional and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fergusons to others and their prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the first class service offered. Our thanks to everyone at Fergusons.

Fabulous service from the initial call to the office, visit to the home & then the day in question to remove our possessions & take into storage until the next stage of our house move. Extremely prompt and competitive quote following initial visit. The crew were both hardworking and personable. We were totally happy with the services provided.

Please thank Paddy and Ryan for the work carried out. They were excellent (including the other 3 lads that joined on the 2nd day). They made the whole daunting experience smooth, stress free and also were always pleasant and upbeat (also very professional). Paddys’ perseverance to dismantle my shelves was brilliant and also to reassemble my antique furniture. Ryans’ professional coordination of the removal process was excellent, not to mention all the running around he did packing. They are a brilliant team.

Best removal company ive used and Ive moved alot.
Had to change the date several times due to hold ups in the legal paperwork, but this was never an issue to Fergusons.
On the day of moving we were out of our old house and in the new one by 3.30pm. The removal team were fantastic, polite and very professional.
Definately recomend them for future moves.

I initially booked with Fergusons on 27 July for a move on 11 August. Due to an admin 'blip' we received an email on 3 August indicating we had not booked and our preferred date was full. This caused massive consternation but after emailing and speaking to Fergusons the following day, we were reassured and our confidence in their service increased.
On the day of the move, the team arrived promptly and worked ceaselessly, with good humour and masses of enthusiasm. The weather was quite warm so the heavy work made us all hot but the crew never complained.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fergusons. They were professional, respectful and friendly and worked seriously hard for us.
