I was ordered electrical portable baby swing but I received blue plastic hair clip. This is disgusting. Firstly you sent delivery too late and sent wrong parcel. It is totally scammed. This website should be banned.

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I received a plastic hairclip and no sign of the baby swing. It’s bloody disgusting they think they can take people’s money. I’ll be taking action with my bank to reclaim my money. Do the right thing Feramore!

Update: I am pleased I went through my bank and was able to get my money back via the banks fraud team.

We ordered a rocking chair for baby and we received a pink clip. Its a scam. This website should be banned. The scammers should be caught and punished. I dont think our money will be refunded.

Ordered a baby swing for my granddaughter 21/12/2022 and have not had my item yet. All I had was a pink hair clip that came when it stated it was delivered. Total scammers. No reply’s to my emails…..

Hi, we are the exact same in this sitation, we orders a swining baby chair at the beginning of January and on Friday we received a pink plastic hair clip. We have kept the email and the parcel as proof of what has been done. We are alerting the Fraud team through the bank of the card used to pay for it.
Anymore information please get in contact this was done to my parents for my first nephew on his way. I will be fighting this all the way.

I also december ordered two electric chairs, did not arrive yesterday arrived a hair clip very sorry for this scam.i don't know what to do for the money to get it back.If anyone knows what to do help me too thanks

I Ordered a baby swing on 09/01/23 and like everyone’s saying the same , we received a plastic hair clip on the 23/01 this was going to be a gift for our first grandchild they are nothing but crooks and should not be allowed to get away with doing this to people

I ordered and paid for a baby swing in early January 2023 and I received today 27 January and plastic hair clip. I have taken pictures of their emails to inform me that the baby swing was on its way. I have emailed the company but nil reply. A total scam. Buyer beware do not deal with this is business.

Ordered a chair/swing for my unborn baby ready for their arrival and I have received a cheap pink hair clip that has been shipped from China, with my name and address printed on a label and stuck on top of the original! I have tried to contact the company through 2 separate email addresses and through Shopify, I had an email that had bounced back… I don’t even know how to go about a refund! Absolutely disgusted how anyone can scam Mothers who are excited to buy their new baby something nice. Reporting the ‘company’ and Shopify for condoning this type of behaviour! I am actually so upset with this.

They are crooks, I ordered a swing for children and a hair clip arrived. I don't know why it's like this and people aren't already locked up. I'm very disappointed, I even cried in the morning, I counted on them a lot because soon I have to give birth... I don't know how to return my money..

I ordered a baby bouncer in December and it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve messaged them and no reply - keep getting an undeliverable message back.
What a shocking service !
I’m now going to get in touch with my bank to ask for a full refund.

Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam I also got sent an hair clip 10/01/23. They do not reply to emails I have contacted my bank hopefully they can refund
