I liked the trousers. Bought hemp and cotton ones to see which I preferred but wasn't sure size was right. Couldn't exchange the trousers via website but when I emailed fera they got back to me quickly and sorted the problem. They were even flexible with returns date when I overran slightly because of waiting for other size to arrive.
I'm pleased with my trousers and would absolutely buy again from this company.

I do buy here almost for 30 years my watches at ferawatch in marmaris im find them very good best prices and also good in repairs and reconditioning from old watches they are very relaible.

I accidentally auto-filled an incorrect address on my order (made at 22:00) which meant I wouldn't be able to collect my order in time. I messaged straight away & received a proactive response first thing in the morning...with the potential it may have already been dispatched, but the willingness to try! Rapid order dispatching might I add!
A quick email later and the order had been updated and dispatched to the direct address.
Super happy with the service and really personable responses.

I had been eyeing up the poacher gilet for a while, and so when it went on sale I knew I had to get one straight away. After receiving the item, I realised straight away I had ordered a size slightly too small. I processed the exchange, sent off the original item and got in touch with the customer service team asking if it could be fast tracked. Literally within a matter of days of posting it back I already had the new size sent out and with me. Really pleased with the gilet, and the team is incredible! Will definitely be shopping with you guys again!
