Having worked with another Debt Recover company, and advised that certain invoices should be written down or off, I did not expect Federal to complete and retrieve the debt.
but happily they exceeded my expectations, managing to get the debt from a company that had moved abroad.

This company is outstanding on every level, they took the time to listen to exactly what we needed as a business and when all of our existing processes had failed they came in and exceeded all my expectations.

Having dealt with Pamela and her team at Federal Management for the past 8 years, I am pleased to mention that I have found their thoroughness and professionalism to be first class and I would strongly recommend them to any prospective customer!

Being a small business and been bitten a few times it was great to find a company that understood everything and also a 1 off payment up front, no extra fee’s until you win your money back where they took a low percentage. They also cover over 40 different countries which was amazing as I had debt in two countries outside the UK.

They advised me well and when we got to a sticky point they tried something different that helped us get noticed and paid.

If I am honest I was expecting nothing but I got a bit back which I am so happy about.

PS I feel I got noticed as federal Management gave my 1 man band business clout and made this big company that owed me money sit up and realise I was serious about getting my money.

I instigated the service of Federal Management after a prolonged attempt at getting a collection of overdue invoices paid, some as far back as 18 months.

Needless to say I was pretty frustrated at this point.

Thankfully, however, my frustrations were soon eased as only a month after FM started to work on my behalf I began to receive monies that I was owed.

Just as impressively, I was kept up-to-date by the lady handling the account on my behalf (a Miss Farrington) who was extremely professional, courteous and fully informed at all times (and was extremely patient with my own eagerness for progress.)

It has now been 4 months since I started using the services of Federal Management and in that time I have had 14 outstanding invoices paid in full, 4 I'm getting regular payments on and the other 5 are progressing through negotiation.

It is safe to say I'm delighted with the results so far, and the service I have received and would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.
