Following on from a recommendation
Following on from a recommendation, we made contact with federal on some accounts that had been in the pending/unpaid tray for months. Having not worked with a debt recovery agency before, we were hesitant however less than two months later, we are asking ourselves why we didn’t come to federal sooner!! Highly recommended and highly professional service received.

I am disappointed with the service
I am disappointed with the service. After initial prompt contact, I had to follow up about 90% of the time. Tony mentioned sending a letter before action, but didn’t respond to my inquiry about also sending an email. I paid £60, but the results were underwhelming and the letter was not signed. Despite updating Tony and following up twice, I received no response. I am switching to another service as their efforts in international debt collection seem inadequate.

Thank you for your feedback and we are saddened to learn that you are disappointed with the service you were provided with.
You contacted us seeking help to recover a small sum from the USA. As it was not cost effective for us to provide a full recovery service; to help you, we offered to send a legal notice served on your behalf via express US tracked delivery.
The debtor refused to sign for it however service was executed by way of delivery through a mailbox.
We are sorry that you feel this effort was inadequate however we only tried to assist you with no financial benefit to ourselves considering the actions taken. Unfortunately, this has been to our own detriment on this occasion.

The stress of unpaid invoices was getting me down and my accountant recommended FM to help me. I can’t thank them enough for the support and thelp they have given me getting my house in order as the overdue invoices were seriously drving me crazy. Im now getting money back I’ve been owed since 2022 so very happy with this company’s services.

Called up for some advice on an issue with an old client and spoke with a man called Tony Meddows.
Unfortunately it looks like we’ve missed the boat and the customer has gone to the wall. The advice checks and investigation done by Tony were all free of charge to me so Im more than happy to leave a review as requested. Our Business had never worked with a…
Our Business had never worked with a debt collection agency before and relied on solicitors. Federal Management were recommended to us and the difference has been substantial.
Our return on bad debts has nearly tripled this year and the cost of using their serivce is a tiny fraction of what it was costing us. First class debt recovery service.
