Very positive
Last year, we were having problems with unpaid survey fees. FM were recommended to me by my Solicitor to chase smaller amounts that weren't worth chasing through the courts. Great service every step of the way!
I have had an excellent experience with Federal Management, and although they were unable to recover the monies owed due to the debtor going into liquidation, they were tenacious in their attempts and professional and thorough in their responses. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent

Excellent Service
We found Federal Management's details online, i immediately spoke with them and they were very understanding and waited for a time when it was convienient for us to send over all of the documents, not pushy for business.
Fast, reliable, efficient service, no matter how big the debt, they have taken it on and recovered it for us which all helps when your a small business! Would definately recommend

Really pleased with Federal Management. Never cut corners and always pleased to help. Our account manager does a great job and debts are recovered more often than not. Refreshing to use a debt collection agency where the focus is more on results than how much they can make in fees. 10 out of 10

Fantastic, Effective Service
I had been trying to get a series of unpaid invoice settled for about 9 months. Despite the assurances of the client, this never happened. Federal Management managed to do what I failed to do in a matter of weeks - I would definitely recommend their service and would use them again.
