Lovely tiles but standard delivery charge on top is too expensive.
Lovely tiles, full tile samples are helpful, advice provided, order correct, well packaged, and delivered fairly promptly. However, the standard delivery charge on everthing, no matter the relatively small number of tiles or just re-ordering a 1 kilo bag of grout at almost the same price for delivery is outragiously expensive when there are far cheaper courier services available in the UK so will not be using this company again.

Our delivery of tiles arrived quickly, with good communication throughout. Unfortunately on inspection we found a couple of broken ones. This was swiftly resolved after contacting them.

Lovely quality product, when my order arrived sadly there were 4 damaged tiles, which were replaced with no quibble

Amazing one-stop shop with Sunday support!
Just finished a DIY project using the Westminster Manor tiles from Fayrouz Tile & Stone, and I couldn't be happier. The tiles are beautiful and great quality. One single tile had a tiny misprint, but when I contacted support on Saturday, they replied on Sunday! I didn't even have to wait for Monday. They refunded the tile instantly (it was a surplus anyway, so no harm done).
Being able to buy the tiles, adhesive, primer, and grout all in one location saved me so much time. Fantastic experience overall!

There was good communication from the courier and he went above and beyond in leaving the tiles where we wanted them which are very grateful for. The tiles themselves are beautiful. Tiles and bathroom items are displayed in a logical and creative way, which helps the visitor better understand how items and finishes would look and work in their own space. The staff at the showroom are very helpful and accommodating.
