Great customer service

Really helpful

I’m very disappointed with the service. I have contacted the company on 4 separate occasions to discuss purchasing a bamboo hardboard and have had no contact from them. I have tried phone , email and their specific contact form twice. It is such a shame as I wanted to buy a sustainable board that was locally made. Frustrating.

First purchase of a sup board and Fatstick was recommended. Am looking forward to receiving my kit.

Saw a Fatstick Board backpack bag on the beach at Southsea and thought it would be ideal for me to carry two folding chairs, parasol, wind break, and swimming towels, etc.. Ordered next day, and delivered the day after. Very strong construction and zips.

The actual Boards are very impressive and reasonable priced for the performance. We have two and our friends also have them and have been very pleased with them. That is until we had a fault with our latest board within 2 months of purchase.

Unfortunately when it came to Customer Service and Warranty it appears that it is next to worthless and trying to get through on the phone is impossible, email is not much better.

It is a shame that the great products aren't backed up with the same level of customer service, otherwise I would happily them the 5 stars.

I bought a Fatstick I-sup last year and absolutely love my board. Before buying I researched lots of different boards before settling on Fatstick; I love their designs, approach to sustainability & they’re really competitively priced.

While I was deciding on which colour to go for they sold out so I emailed them about availability. They got back in touch really quickly and were able to reserve one of the extra boards they were expecting. Even though shipment was delayed slightly Reubin kept in touch to let me know.

Really impressed with their customer service & with my board. Great info videos on social media too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from them again :)

I bought my board from Fatstick a year and half ago and am still in love with it. I researched a few companies before buying and Fatstick just felt right.
And they have been amazing ever since!! Anytime I have a question, they answer it. They have helpful tips and videos on their Instagram page, plus they have no plastic packaging and plant a tree when you buy a board. They work with great charities and have a truly sustainable vision. I recommend Fatstick to everyone 100%.

Had a Fatstick board for four years now. Absolutely fantastic quality and still in great condition. I can’t knock them. Have sent questions to the website and they have been answered - can’t ask for more than that. Keep up the good work FS

We bought a fatstick board and I can say we weren’t disappointed. I had to contact customer services and Reuben and Andy both contacted me and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I was so impressed with receiving the board so quickly. The pump sent with it didn't work so I couldn't tell the pressure I was pumping the board to. This matters as I'm a newbie to paddle boarding. I've left messages for ten days with Fatstick for help or a new pump and still haven't heard anything back. I'm so surprised as I heard in reviews the service is normally so good - that's why I went to them. So board looks good and seems fine but really disappointed with my experience and having to buy a new pump :(

Amazing service and fantastic paddle board package from Fatstick - wow! The board and the kit it comes with give you everything you need to get out on the water, the deck pad is nicely grippy for staying upright, and the GoPro mount on the nose of the board is perfect for getting some fab footage of your explorations! Love it and cannot recommend Fatstick highly enough. Wish I could give this review 7+ stars!

you dont need to buy another board.
These guys are in this for the passion and the love. We had a faulty pump on one and it was changed within hours (I am local to the headquarters, and no i dont know them personally ). i absolutely love my board, highly recommended. In fact I got the wife one too

Bought a Pure Art iSUP directly from Fat Stick. Delivered the next day and is an awesome board. Customer service is simply excellent. Top marks all round. A proper British Company and brand with solid values.

Recently purchased a Fatstick board direct from the website. The equipment is excellent value for money. The real difference is the customer service. A positive experience from a team that are truly passionate about their business and the sport. Just awesome.
