Didn’t have my size in store so ordered online at home. Within a week email to say it was in. Waited 5mins from walking up to check-out and out of store.

Was so pleased to find that larger sizes were available on-line. Saw a dress in store and order was easy to place on-line. Dress was a perfect fit and am really pleased with it. This has encouraged me to look out for other items in store even if they only stock smaller sizes.

I ordered a jumper & rugby shirt both size xxl only the jumper fitted perfectly but rugby shirt was way too big ….& I was unable to order a smaller one

Easy to order online but had to guess on short length and glad I did as picture shown, the length were slightly longer which was a good thing.
Store near me and pick up was quick.

Ordered an item for store collection. Arrived at store 4 days after getting confirmation the item had arrived. The sales assistant found the item on the computer & marked it as complete but when they went to get the order they couldn't find it. They spent about 10 minutes searching while I waited with my 1 year old. Couldn't find it. My son was then starting to get a little fidgety which was adding to the frustration & what should have been a 2 minute trip into store took about 15/20 minutes. Manager spoke to me & said if she could take my contact details so she could call me when the item was found. I asked for a refund as how did I prove I didn't collect it seeing as they marked it off the computer already. So manager proceeded with a refund but value was £5 less. When I said no I paid £25 not £20 she said no it would be that price because of the additional 20% sale on. I said no I did pay £25 & proceeded to show her the emails as proof. I'd bought the item before the additional 20% sale had started. Finally got my refund. The only silver lining is that I then reordered the item, which was fortunately still in stock, at the discounted price if £20 but I ordered for home delivery because I did not trust sending it to store again! Left a bit of a sour taste after the experience because I do like Fatface clothing but just feel frustrated. So glad the item hadn't sold out!!

After being emailed my order was in its way to my chosen store, I waited and waited, 6 days later I happened to be near the store so called in as no email saying order was there, lucky I did as was there waiting, sales assistant surprised I didn’t get an email informing me. Not sure how that happened
