Lovely shirt, same size as my other Fat Face shirts but this one was undersized,so had to return. Asked to try for next size up but unfortunately all out of stock.

Atmosphere in the shop was friendly, helpful staff and easily made shopping for an old man like me! Thank you to the helpful Jack for assisting me with trying to find the right sizes, now I know my European size!, very easy going and happy to help!

Discounts only online…
The ability to try on my coat at the local retail store, then buy online to take advantage of a 10% discount was very good. That the store could not or would not match the online discount, not so much. I would have preferred to buy in store to support my local shops. Having said that, the coat was well made, great quality and comfortable and arrived quickly.

A good selection of clothes for different adventures. The company has always had good quality & styles that lasts. Easy website to use. Shame some local stores had to close, like Southsea. Nice size store, plenty of clothes for women, but definitely not for men. Needs to improve for us men.

The staff were fine just that when I got my refund it tickled me that I didn’t get my postage refunded so I won’t be shopping or ordering online again.
