Lovely quality T-shirst
The three organic cotton long sleeved t-shirts I bought are so soft and well made; I know they will last well as I have other colours that I’ve had for several years. They are my go-to top for work and home. There is always a good selection of colours to choose from and they always go well with jeans. I definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service
I recently placed an order in good faith for delivery to the Southampton West Quay store.
I went to the store and was told quite bluntly by, I believe, the store manager that he had rejected it. I was then accused of trying to exploit a loophole!
Throughout the conversation I found the individual's attitude to be cocky and confrontational boarding upon aggressive.
I quite often shop at FatFace but after this experience I will think twice about using this store again.

Good staf, great prices.
I usually buy online but sometimes I go to Rashden and Southampton and buy from there. I like the products, they are of good quality, they are comfortable, they don't change their shape after washing.

Great experience
I went to the Southampton store to return an item that I bought online but it didn't suit me and while making the return the lady on the tills, Ana, asked me about the second item that was on the list, if I liked it and if it was a good fit, which I said that I was going to keep it but if the boots where a tiny bit bigger it would be better. She proceeded to check if they had a size up in store, even knowing that it was a sale and I mentioned that I would have to go home and come back on top of the closing time and there was a chance that I wouldn't even exchange the boots, she still put it on hold for me so I could go and pick the pair I bought first.
Once I was back at the store, and after doing the exchange, she even remembered what I had told her almost 1hour prior and wished me a good trip to NY.

The Xmassy socks were good as ever
The Xmassy socks were good as ever. I loved the jacket but not keen on hoods unless detachable. The fur lining was nice to have when weather was cold and was nice and light when I tried it on. The top was pretty just a little tight but I should have ordered the 14 but a little low at front biut a nice length though which is nice when you are 5ft 2". Still like lots of Fat Fat clothe etc. 🙂

Lovely old-fashioned personal service
Lovely old-fashioned service from Ali at FatFace in West Quay shopping centre in Southampton. They didn’t have my size on display in a shirt I had selected in their Black Friday sale. Despite my pessimism, Ali checked in the store room and came up trumps! I was so bolstered, I added a second item to my purchases. I’m sure there would have been no sale at all had she not gently spoken to me, offering her assistance.

Great experience in store
The lady who gave me my parcel was absolutely delightful. She was just so smiley and lovely to talk to. So sorry didn’t get her name but she told me how she cycles to work.

I would like to share my experience from the store in West Quay Southampton. I came to exchange the item without the receipt and lovely lady/ member of staff Nicole spend at least 10 minutes searching for it in computer. Nothing was problem for her and she helped me with everything I needed with smile on her face. I was really happy with her service, she definitely made my day.
