Extremely helpful staff
Thank you to two members of staff at this store, one who had been there for 17 years and another who went and found all the styles of shorts for us in our size and were both kind and so helpful, thank you for your hard work!

Please can I give a shout out to Andi and Sophie who work at the Southampton West Quay branch. I was there today and both were very friendly and helpful and Andi even gave me some background to the stores eco friendly stance. I bought a really pretty white top and some pink shorts. Good quality. Happy to be a customer

I was not notified my order was in the shop because the shop didn't enter that my package had arrived. I went to the shop and they found it in their stockroom. The shirt looks good.

Lovely quality T-shirst
The three organic cotton long sleeved t-shirts I bought are so soft and well made; I know they will last well as I have other colours that I’ve had for several years. They are my go-to top for work and home. There is always a good selection of colours to choose from and they always go well with jeans. I definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service
I recently placed an order in good faith for delivery to the Southampton West Quay store.
I went to the store and was told quite bluntly by, I believe, the store manager that he had rejected it. I was then accused of trying to exploit a loophole!
Throughout the conversation I found the individual's attitude to be cocky and confrontational boarding upon aggressive.
I quite often shop at FatFace but after this experience I will think twice about using this store again.
