I’ve recently purchased a number of products from fat face which I’ve been really pleased with.

Excellent service and great products! Fat face is one of my favourite brands

I needed new jeans for work. The store has lots of options and I tried on 5 pairs before making my selection. Very happy with the quality, fit and price. The store staff were also very helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from Andy, he helped me pick out a birthday present and kept in mind the sensory needs of quite a picky partner! Very friendly and very happy to help, even went out into the back to see if there were any clothes that might suit my partners style more.

Loved the new Call to the Sea collection. Had an actual trip to a local Fatface shop recently - one of those brilliant shopping days when you find exactly what you didn't know you wanted until you saw it, everything was available in your size and in fact the size down was the one that fitted. Bought a jumper, two tops, a coordinating scarf and a paisley wrap. Now hoping they will make the Ivory Sun jumper in an alternative design. Bought what I hoped was an equivalent in the online sale but it's much too thick and heavy and will have to go back. NB it would help if length of tops was stated online.

Staff always friendly and helpful.
The only negative is that you have to try on clothes in store as the size can vary between items. For example, I purchased a top last year and then bought the same top in a different colour but same size but this was smaller than the original. This time, I bought two different tops but had to buy one large and one medium.

I ordered 2 tops from the shop in West Quay.
I got an email to say they my parcel arrived. When I went to collect it I was told it wasn’t there and go to Next. I queried it and the girl was insistent I go to Next.
Eventually they said they didn’t have the parcel they were very good. So about 1/2 hour later I went back to Fat Face and my parcel was there. I was so tired I didn’t want to try them on and I didn’t want the bother of taking it back. Very disappointed ruined my morning as I didn’t have any time left to shop.

Ordered flip flops online. Easy to do, no issues and follow-up emails clear and concise.
Order quickly arrived at local store. I was dealt with by a very pleasant and efficient lady when I went to collect.
Flip flops good quality and perfect for my needs (and my feet!).

Petite sizes have to be ordered on line, shop delivery free, so could collect and try on then return unwanted items at same time, Great!

Always the service is great and staff is very friendly. The material is always great quality. My son absolutely loves going to the west quay store !

The products are lovely but the delivery service was terrible the parcel was delivery at 11.30at night and left by the front door in the rain and was not discover till the next morning not impressed

I spotted a beautiful top, perfect for the spring, in store. I tried it on but it was just a fraction too small. There were no larger sizes in store (I was looking for an 20) so I checked out the website. I did this while I was in the changing room. Luckily I was able to order the size I wanted but, it was a shame to see there were 3 other larger sizes available that aren't in the store. Having discovered this, I then had a look around the store & the largest size I found was 18. Are Fatface ashamed to have plus size women wearing their clothes?

Great quality clothes albeit a little pricey. Friendly helpful staff. Just a pity the shops are so small & only hold a fraction of the online variety & colours. For me I need to try the clithes on as their actual sizes vary between garnents even though they are labelled the same size.

The guy that works for you at the Westquay Southampton branch. Great customer service. Naturally pleasant & helpful without the attitude that so many staff have.

Sophie, thank you for your help in deciding which skirt to buy, its because of you that I bought the skirt!
And finally, thank you David for your kindness and cheerful chatter at the till, you made me feel really good about myself.
What a fabulous store, its the people who made it the great experience that it was today.
I love the skirt too....pockets! But the staff made me want to leave a review, the product alone wouldn't have.
