Great customer service
Great customer service, broadsands jacket fits well. 5/10 150 lbs 29 inch waist, i bought an XS and it fit perfect. Has a nice waxed look. Warm also with a hoodie under.

The shop had a nice atmosphere and was well laid out. The clothes are good quality and in styles that I like. It's unusual for me to go into Fat Face and not be able to find something that I like! One item that I wanted was out of stock in my size so the lady ordered it to be delivered to my home address. It arrived within a couple of working days.
Customer service was very good.

The staff that helped me in store were exceptionally good. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When buying a cardigan I mentioned I wanted a blouse too and they made a great suggestion followed by ordering the right size for me to be delivered to my home address. Great service.

A disaster happened with my dressmaker…help!
A disaster happened with my dressmaker who ruined a size 6 dress. It was really difficult to get hold of another , in fact the last one in stock! Lauren (Skipton)helped so much along with hebden bridge staff to get me a replacement dress and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to you all that helped. A very happy customer. X ps sometime in august.

A friendly and very positive shopping experience.
Just been into the Skipton store and I didn’t realise it was nearly closing time; however that did not bother the lovely two ladies managing the store; Sue and Gemma could not have been more helpful. These ladies clearly enjoy their job. I also got a great recommendation for a new hairdresser! So refreshing to have such a positive experience.

Although I don't like going shopping I must say Lauren was extremely helpful and honest. She chose clothes for me that I wouldn't have looked twice at. The whole shopping experience was very enjoyable. Thank you!

The two ladies that served me today were absolutely fabulous. Skipton branch-receipt say Gemma. They were helpful made me feel at ease due to my children basically turning into hurricanes. Really positive shopping experience. We love shopping locally and this is why. Thank you ladies.

did not receive order. The delay was not with Hermes so please don’t blame them, it was dispatched 9 days late.
phone number doesn’t work, no option to queue just a constant engaged tone.
