Customer service at the Saffron Walden Location
I was there for an hour at the Saffron Walden locating where I was diligently cared for throughout my stay by both Debs and Callum. There insight into everything to do with clothes was extraordinary, knowing just what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. There service was top notch and they never dropped their warm and inviting smiles throughout, even if I was being hyper picky.

I regularly shop in my local Fat Face in Saffron Walden (my dog always drags me in for a treat if we're passing - then I end up spending even when I didn't intend to! 🐶) The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and I love the clothes.

I ordered into store
I ordered into store, it came very quickly and the staff who handled the order in the shop were lovely and efficient. The items were just as described and wonderful quality which I'm sure will last a long time. There was plenty of confirmation and updates on the order over email. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.
