Lovely shopping experience
Lovely friendly staff, attentive when needed and no pressure.
Shop looked great and items/sizes were easy to find. Came back a few days later to buy more!

Great choice of lovely clothes, easy to use website, prompt delivery toy local shop. Also bargain sale prices! The staff in the shop were so helpful when I couldn't find my email!!

Really pleased with my on line Sale Purchases
Really pleased with my on line purchases which I collected from the Reading Store. Really simple to order and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus, staff were super helpful as always.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service.
I been faced some issues with some staff in the Reading branch. My child left some toy which been purchased in the shop. We went back to ask for it, but the guy in the shop wasn’t helpful at all. He was kept saying that he gave us receipt but he didn’t. I asked to few times for help , but he was repeating he gave us receipt. He Supposed to help. Not keeping saying that he definitely gave us a receipt. Unfortunately not helpful staff in Reading branch.

Like their dresses
Dresses are really nice and the staff at Reading town centre was very helpful when I went to return the dress.

Problems at Reading store
Many problems following a purchase at the Reading store. There was supposed to be email to confirming purchase and delivery, it never arrived. Phoned the store, they couldn't help said phone customer service. Phoned customer service who said they could see the purchase and would send email confirmation. The email never arrived. In desperation went back to the store, couldn't help, went off to get the manager. Manager never appeared, we were told he was "too busy with important paperwork"!
Two stars because second visit to customer services was very positive and helpful and resolved the issue. Pity they didn't get it right first time.
