I ordered online from within the Reading store as you didn't stock my size.
Happy with the quality of the 2 coats bought and feel they were excellent value for money (in the sale).
I had been in the store the previous day and wasn't overly impressed with the attitude of the staff. Not sure why they appeared demotivated.

Nice socks
Like these socks as they have a high cotton content. Usually get as stocking fillers.
Staff were friendly and helpful when I collected them.

My favourite clothes shop.
My favourite clothes shop, we had to buy online as the local shop had only one colour. the garment is a perfect shape unlike many tee-shirts these days. Ordering was easy and the garment arrived when you said it would.

Pleased with recent online order experience and my husband really likes both the items ordered. Good quality and in the sale so also good price. Very friendly and efficient staff at the Reading store when I collected my order.

Helpful staff
Online order arrived quickly. Staff at Reading branch were really helpful exchanging these items for sizes that fitted. Went out of their way to find the items when they weren't on the shop floor. Definitely the most helpful branch I've visited.

Denim jacket
I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order but when I queried this it was corrected immediately. I collected my jacket!and the salesman in the shop was friendly, professional and helpful.
I am delighted with the jacket.
