After having a lovely experience buying a dress in store in my usual size, I was really disappointed when I tried it on at home to find out it was smaller than usual on the bust. I rang the store to see if they had it in the next size - luckily they did and the lovely staff offered to save it for me until I could get back to the store in a few days time.

I brought a lovely bag in the Fat Face…
I brought a lovely bag in the Fat Face sale whilst I was away in Stratford (Amazing,helpful Male Assistant). I adored the bag, however, it was faulty. I looked online to see if I could obtain a replacement, no luck,my local store, no luck. Upon a shopping trip to Nottingham I returned my faulty bag never dreaming I would be able to replace it. Once again met by such wonderful, helpful staff and the assistant remembered she had one left in the stock room. Absolutely over the moon with my purchase and the overall experience with both shops. You are all a credit to the company, many thanks 😘

I had to return an item and as usual…
I had to return an item and as usual the staff were helpful and efficient. All staff are friendly in this store and take the time to give advice when needed. Very good service

Had a wonderful experience at the Nottingham store on Saturday. Wonderful customer service and the most helpful staff who assisted with putting together outfit suggestions on the spot. Special thanks to Nat, Zoe and Amy for doing a great job.

The dress I ordered didn’t suit me. The instructions to return online were very clear. I decided to return in store and the process was very straightforward and the assistant was extremely helpful and gave further information about postal returns.

The order was slow on being despatched but eventually arrived well packed, I would say if the shop kept sizes in stock we would have purchased from them rather than on line.
The shoes are of good quality and comfortable,

Had to contact Customer Service due to the item not having been ordered in store, problem was sorted swiftly and I am very pleased with this jacket, soft fabric and a good length. The olive colour makes a change .

Perfect in every way. Who could ask for more…
Purchased a lovely blue cardigan on line, everything I expected and more. Excellent quality in cotton. I’ve also purchased a dress in store this week. Again excellent quality, style and a bargain in the sale. I’m a stickler for natural fibres and FatFace is one of the few retailers to appreciate this.
Staff are always pleasant in the store and online orders delivered on time.
