Rude lady in shop upstairs on a Saturday put me right off....
Ii was returning a top and decided that I didn't want to buy anything else as I could see she was really stressed and didn't want to bother with anyone. This was 9.30am on a Saturday so not sure how she was the rest of day.
What do they say don't bring your troubles to work! I won't be going there any time soon!!

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at fatface…
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at fatface and this has increased with every step they take to a more intentional and sustainable clothing collection.
Ordered online using Christmas vouchers and everything arrived really quickly, true to size and great quality. My son also loved his new tops, although there is still definitely a divide between stereotypically boys and girls clothes in fatface
Look forward to my next shopping experience.

A great example of customer service at the Nottingham store
I rang the Nottingham store yesterday enquiring whether they had a particular dress in stock as none available on the website. Had an extremely chirpy colleague pick up the phone who found the dress in my size & agreed to save it for me, until my daughter picked it up later on that day. Also had a nice chat with her at the same time. My daughter also had another positive experience later on that day, as she arrived a couple of mins late after the store had officially closed but doors were still open. She was allowed in to collect my dress & said how lovely the staff were & the colleague who served her remembered the phone call with me earlier on that day. Really great customer service & the whole experience made our day! Keep it up and thank you x
