They had a good range of sizes for trying things on. The changing rooms were very tidy and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff when paying at the till.

I still haven’t received my order after…
I still haven’t received my order after over a week. I’ve complained but received no satisfaction. Your courier Evri is known in the area for not delivering for at least three or four weeks. They should be dropped as they are giving you such bad service. I bought by items as a present and now they are late!,,

Order was not received
Order was not received. Evri might be the cheapest delivery provider for you to use but are by far the worst.
Eventually get a response from you to say you’ve cancelled my order. Very unhappy with the service.

Good quality but store stock poor leading to online purchase
Could not get the correct size in the shop so ordered on line. The delivery was fast but I thought at 3.99 was expensive for one item. Would have happily collected from in store but that was not an option.

Wonderful shopping experience in Norwich
I have brought several summer dresses but always end up wearing a Fat face dress after much deliberation !!! I just find that the material is so soft, the dresses always skim over my lumps and I can always dress them up for the evening. You really can’t go wrong The staff in Norwich are so helpful, honest and friendly. After shopping online for 2 years it was lovely to actually go into a Fat face store and the service I received was five star worthy ….

Bought a beautiful bright sundress. The finish of the dress, demonstrates the quality of the product - finishes like binding around the neckline, inserts and lace/crochet panels on sleeves. This was a present for Mum's birthday and she loved it so much she wore it directly after opening (a first).

Washes poorly and no longer fits! And I didn’t shrink!
Purchased the Elsie broderie top and by its second wash it has grown in size to the point of looking ridiculous and unwearable. Suspect it’s an issue with the cotton front and jersey sides. However when you pay £40 for a sleeveless top you expect to get more than 2 wears from it.
