In fat face in Lytham St Anne’s we had a great service from Tom and Tracey ( hope I got the names right)
Great advice and good product knowledge in a non pushy manner

Easy ordering on website. Delivered to my local store in 3 days.

My husband rang the Lytham branch to see if they had a jacket - they did & Sandra kindly put it to one side until we could get there. Both Sandra & Jean were very helpful & friendly (without being pushy) we even bought another jacket too!

I only went in the Lytham shop looking for socks but Sue & Jean went out of their way to help me. Congratulations on some ‘old school’ customer service

I only popped into the Lytham store to have a little look on the way to work and I came out with a complete wardrobe 🤣
- I can’t thank Cam (Store manager) and Tracey (shop advisor) enough-their service was absolutely OUTSTANDING even though you could see how busy they were putting out all stock after a huge delivery.

Tracey was truly wonderful, helping me no end and made me feel so comfortable (I don’t normally enjoy shopping atall😁) both so friendly, so very helpful.
Although the shop front was super busy every customer had the same level of customer care.
The shop itself was super tidy, very organised and clean even though its ’sale time’ - I haven’t left a shop feeling so happy in a long time. Thankyou for such a great shopping experience this morning, I will definitely be back again.

I really hope Tracey & Cam are recognised for their amazing customer care, how brilliant the shop front looked and are awarded a little something from head office, they really do deserve it - if not I’ll have to buy them some cake treats myself from the bakers next door!! 🤣

I rang to check if an item was in stock and they were extremely helpful as they were when I actually visited the store to purchase it.

Checking out on a pre - order is quite a faff but love the shop . Mainly the material quality

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Lovely, clean, well presented store.

Web site easy to navigate, and convenience of collecting at local store. Items bought as Christmas gifts, and were promptly delivered. Local store very pleasant and helpful.

The ordering and notifcations I have noe issue with. I went into the Lytham shop to pick my order up. The sales person behind the counter, firstly didn't even look up when asking what I wanted! Rude!! then he asked for the last 3 numbers of thhe order, I unfortuantly had deleted my email, I reolied I can give you my name, address and tell you what is in the parcel. I understand what he was asking is for security purposes. He came back asked for my something which I can't recall, his reply "that will have to do!" then he practically threw it on the couter still no eye conatct. I said you are very stroppy and rude he glared at me.
I would like to add every year we buy our daughter Fat Face pj's which are not cheap but she likes them and they last and last. I think customer service needs to be instilled into that person

Easy to order, good prices, quality items and the convenience of free collect from store.

Placing the order and being kept up to date with the delivery time. Being able to collect at the local FatFace shop knowing that I was able to try the item on and if it was unsuitable I would get an immediate refund.

Quick delivery to local shop saving postage costs. Easy pick up. Good item. Very helpful staff.

Lovely shop, very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a jumper in another size which they didn’t have but Jean went online for me and found one in the warehouse and had it delivered to my home within 48 hrs. Excellent service and great shop

Friendly staff. They had a coat but not in my size of the colour I wanted. She went into the back and found one in my size but a different colour so I could try it on for fit. She suggests I take a photo of the label so l could order it at home online. Very helpful.

I needed to exchange a coat for a smaller size and wanted to purchase some boots. The exchange was a little complicated (didn’t help that I didn’t know the pin to a rarely used card) but the staff persevered and managed to sort it for me as well as re ordering a coat as it wasn’t in stock. I struggle with purchasing boots as I’m between sizes but the first pair fit perfectly. The store looks amazing and I was really touched by the care and attention paid to me by Tracey and Susan. I will visit again! Many thanks.
