My order was damaged beyond delivery.
I was disappointed this week to receive a call from Evri that the item I ordered from you had arrived in a very damaged condition and they refused to deliver it.
I will be contacting you again to request either a full refund or a replacement item.
Please acknowledge receipt. Thank you

Stunning Dress
This is a beautiful dress. It was quite creased when I collected my order, but once I’d ironed it the skirt part hung beautifully. It’s fully lined which makes this dress even more elegant. Well worth every penny.

Ordering was simple, size guide is ok to find, local store delivery is a useful saving and the shop assistants were very helpful, friendly and offered advice on trying on in store, returns processing if needed (it wasn't) and further offers.
