Excellent customer service upon my collection front the junction 32 store as always. First class

Great store, tidy and warm on a cold evening.
Staff this evening were friendly, the best folding of clothes ever from the male member of staff.

I went into the Castleford store at Junction 32. I was served by an extremely helpful, patient and polite member of staff. His name was David.
I had struggled to place an order online, so came to store, but my item was not in stock. David patiently went through all the online t shirts til he found the right one. I was able to order and collect in a few days.
I just wanted his courteous manner to be recognised. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the best experiences in a FatFace Shop! I love the staff at the Castleford store at FreePort but wow, they managed to get me to spend more than I’ve ever intended to do ever! One staff member who always is a ray of pure golden sunshine is Lucy, she’s been working there since I started to shop at this particular store, and what can I say about her… her knowledge of product, recommendations on styles and her keen eye to detail is impeccable, she should get employee of the year! We always have a laugh and giggle in the fitting rooms when she’s helping me find the perfect item (or items) to buy and Mandy who helped me fall in love with the Simone and maya style dresses! Both of these angels really know their stuff! It has to be said but it is one of the best stores in the country to browse and shop at! I really love FatFace Castleford!! Well done, I love you all!!

I got an email to say my order had arrived at Junction 32 Fat face. I went to collect it on Friday 11th October but was told by a member of staff I couldn't have it until the following Wednesday afternoon. I was very disappointed by this as I made a special journey to the store to collect the order.

I visited FatFace today and had an incredible experience thanks to two exceptional employees, David and Natasha. They went above and beyond to help me out and made my visit truly memorable.

David was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me to the perfect solution. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured everything was resolved efficiently - going out of their way to track down stock in another store. Natasha stepped in to assist with advice on the dress I was searching for in a particular size and offered her product knowledge and experience. Their problem-solving skills and dedication to finding a solution were impressive.

Both employees demonstrated outstanding customer service and genuine care, making my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. FatFace is fortunate to have such dedicated team members, they are both absolute assets to the company. I highly recommend this store, thanks to David and Natasha's exceptional service!

Been looking for Airlie with GB logo in 4xl for some time. Found it at Castleford outlet shop at £35. Really pleased, although I only saw it by chance on way out after trawling through rails. Wish you did more bigger sizes in your shops.

Staff member David was really helpful and made me feel at ease shopping. I hate clothes shopping so it was great to have a staff member make me feel so welcome and who gave me honest advice on choosing a dress. He was really lovely and friendly.
