Second visit to the store as Christmas is coming and we needed some party clothes and retail therapy . Again great experience Leon recognised us and looked after us amazingly well . Sarah loved being made a fuss of during challenging times .Thank you again we will be back !

On entry, the store was beautifully clean and organised. It made you want to browse.
I found some excellent bargains and was helped today by David and Emma. Both were friendly, approachable and helpful. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend the store and the staff.

Amazing shop with a great range & some good bargains to be had. Really friendly & helpful staff & I commend their attentiveness to their customers. Would really recommend a visit to this store.

Updating my wardrobe after many years, was recommended Fatface, Junction 32,fantastic service great prices, great choices, if I'd known would have updated sooner

The service was brilliant, a guy called Leon couldn't be more helpful with trying to find a nice top for my son. Good value too!

I ordered online and collected in store. The trousers arrived when it said they would, the sales assistant in store was very helpful, I tried them on when I went to collect them and the sales assistant said if they didn't fit she would help me with the return. But they were perfect so I didn't need to return them.

Service was fantastic , I was very pleased to see an outlet store ran so well and kept so clean , normally things are just thrown in to get rid of them but not this one , very fairly priced and in this current climate is nice to see a store not trying to rip there customers off . Would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting here to pop in and see the friendly staff if they need any help

1st time I've been to this place, great little store staff are very friendly and picked up some great little bargains for my hols. Will ge going back looking for autumn and winter stuff.

I ordered online and chose to have the item delivered to the store about 6 days after i'd ordered it.
I'd rearranged my day to go to collect the item ,like I said, a good 6 days after the order was in. On the morning of the day I'd requested the pick up I received an email to say it wasnt in store yet!
Most disappointing. Later that day it was available,but surely if it was 'in stock' it could've been ready earlier. notifying me on the morning of the day which I'd requested to pick up was late in my opinion.

FatFace have never failed to live upto my expectations. They are my go to clothing provider. I always recommend them to friends and family... and will continue to do so.

Ordered on line was very impressed with them when they finally did arrive ,looks stylish very comfortable,only down side was told be in shop to collect on weds didn't turn up till Saturday

Staff this evening were friendly, the best folding of clothes ever from the male member of staff.

I went into the Castleford store at Junction 32. I was served by an extremely helpful, patient and polite member of staff. His name was David.
I had struggled to place an order online, so came to store, but my item was not in stock. David patiently went through all the online t shirts til he found the right one. I was able to order and collect in a few days.
I just wanted his courteous manner to be recognised. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the best experiences in a FatFace Shop! I love the staff at the Castleford store at FreePort but wow, they managed to get me to spend more than I’ve ever intended to do ever! One staff member who always is a ray of pure golden sunshine is Lucy, she’s been working there since I started to shop at this particular store, and what can I say about her… her knowledge of product, recommendations on styles and her keen eye to detail is impeccable, she should get employee of the year! We always have a laugh and giggle in the fitting rooms when she’s helping me find the perfect item (or items) to buy and Mandy who helped me fall in love with the Simone and maya style dresses! Both of these angels really know their stuff! It has to be said but it is one of the best stores in the country to browse and shop at! I really love FatFace Castleford!! Well done, I love you all!!
