Fat Face is a name,which to me, is as excellent as Chanel or Jaegar. I always feel exceedingly well dressed and chic in their clothes.

Clothes fit really well
I always find Fat face clothes are well made wash well and always looks so nice. Everything I order online comes quickly. Staff in your shops are always pleasant and happy to help. I enjoy shopping at Fat face

No Kids clothes 😔
Had seen some super children's clothes on line but was disappointed when we visited the Cambridge store to try and buy, discovered that they don't have any kids items.
My local fat face in St Ives has closed so Cambridge the nearest. PLEASE put kids stuff in-store.

I am so sorry to hear that your local store does not stock kidswear. Sadly not all our stores do have kidswear available, usually the smaller stores. My apologies for any disappointment caused.
Please check our website store finder to see the stores that do stock it.

Exceeds your needs
The shopping experience was great because I can always count on Ff to deliver. It has something for everyone. I wasn't shopping for myself this time, but other people will be happy with what I got them.

Bring back kids clothes
The Cambridge Manager and his team are very friendly and genuinely helpful. I have two kids (boy 9 and girl 6) and love the kids range. PLEASE bring it back to the Cambridge store!!!!

Ordering easy. Jeans arrived quickly. Collected from store. Tried on at the same time. Very good sale price. Quality good. Unfortunately too big so was able to return in store straight away. Will buy from Fat Face again

My order was made online. Quick delivery and great products on sale.
This time one of the t-shirt I ordered had a thread defect.
I visited my local Fat Face shop that immediately ordered a new one for me keeping the bad one.
Great customer service for sure.
