It was fine
It was fine. I found the hat I wanted and purchased it. The sales clerk put it in a bag and I took it away.
Of course, it was on sale the week after I bought it, but I needed a sun hat.

Quick delivery and good quality
Items arrived at the shop very quickly. Very nice staff at the shop, incredibly helpful and respectful. Items of good quality and true to size. It's not the first time I order online from them (I also returned items in the past, the refund was quick and the whole process trustworthy). One of the very few shops I trust.

Beautiful Clothes That Fit Perfectly

Fatface never lets you down
Wonderful shop great range and choice as always fatface quality never lets you down
Found three new shirts a tshirt and shorts I don't know what it is but seems more choice when away probably just the holiday mood lol small problem the very chatty manager serving us left our shorts out of bag luckily changing into new outfit in cambridge was able to go back show email Receipt and get shorts but we had to walk all the way back from our riverside seats with our jug of pimms near by and not once home or a drive back another day wouldnt have made the visit so good

Great quality clothes, made to last.
The usual great quality and value from FatFace. Shop staff were very helpful, and it's really useful to be able to assess the material, fit and quality before purchase.

Superb customer service
I had an issue with my last order from Fatface so I rang their customer helpline and spoke to Jo who was absolutely fantastic, she simply could not have been more helpful or reassuring. My issue was sorted within 10 minutes. Faultless.

Quality clothes for men with Tall/Big fits
In the past, I have purchased women’s clothing from FatFace shops on the high street and was happy with the quality. Looked at some men’s clothes in the Cambridge branch and was interested to find out that Tall/Big clothes for men are available online. After placing an order for 5 products and paying the unavoidable home delivery charge, it was very pleasing (and a relief) that all the clothes were a great fit. Though on the costly side, the delivery service was excellent.

Avoid using click and collect
Ordered on a Friday to collect from store “by Sunday 3pm”. Went the following Tuesday to collect, after having had a text to say it was there.
They said it wasn’t there, and there were lots of people getting texts even when the parcel hadn’t arrived. I will not be using click and collect again!
