Fat face staff always ready to help our with orders that need changing, sending back or updating. Always go out of their way at the bury st Edumunds branch

No Xmas present for husband this year.
Ordered 2 Xmas presents on 11 December for in store collection (estimated at 2-3 days delivery). It's now 28/12 and still no delivery. Husband and grandson with no presents not happy. On ringing customer services, very little by way of apology - just 'it must have got lost in the post'.

Smart jumper with ‘Tall’ option
Had to order online as Tall not available in store. No option to get a gift receipt but store staff v helpful in organising it for me. Lovely colour green.
