For the first time I’m going to moan…
For the first time I’m going to moan about Fatface Breton tops. I have around 35 of these tops they are my staple go to top they are soft, wash well and comfortable plus they look great however my recent purchase of the green one without stripes is thin and hasn’t washed well and sadly won’t last like the others which is disappointing because your paying a premium for them. Ever so sorry to be negative 🙏🏻

Fantastic experience
Myself and my mum visited fat face today to do some holiday shopping - both of us are regular shoppers at this store but the service we received today by Sarah, Georgia and Clara was out of this world. All 3 ladies went above and beyond with the service they provided us. They brought various products out which weren’t displayed on the shop floor yet, gave honest and valued opinions, found alternative items which met my mums taste and really supported us with our purchases.
These lady’s made our shopping experiance one of the best we’ve had and felt that they deserve recognition for their amazing skills!

I purchase items from the store in Bury and online.
I purchase items from the store in Bury St Edmunds and all the staff there are friendly, polite and helpful.
I also buy online, delivery time is very good and it is easy to return unwanted items.
The only criticism I have is that the sizes can differ so it is hard to know what sizes to order.
