Exchange problems at Fatface
My wife bought a top didn’t keep receipt but decided she had made a mistake went to take it back with all tags still attached and was refused exchange or refund. Showed the transaction on her banking app which would have coincided with their cctv/system transactions but still refused. She rung their head office to question their policy but they said no receipt of proof of purchase then no exchange or refund. She asked what they would accept as proof of purchase other than a bank app transaction and they said a receipt……. Computer says no 😡 won’t be shopping there again

I was acknowledge immediately
I was acknowledge immediately, although there was one member of staff on a till helping a customer a young member of staff saw me join the queue and immediately came to the other till to help me. She found my order quickly and retrieved it for me. She was friendly, polite, cheerful and super efficient. I didn’t have much time so really appreciated the excellent service.

Very late and inconvenient delivery to store
Package was promised Thursday for our planned trip to town on Friday. This was a Christmas gift for someone we were visiting.
Eventually arrived in-store Sunday morning requiring another trip to town to collect and give the gift before departing the UK that day!

What made shopping with fat face great! The excellent customer service. When collecting my first on line order with Fat Face, staff were very efficent I was very pleased to collect my purchase before 4.00 pm quoted time

Great trousers, especially when bought in the sale?
Great trousers bought in the sale . Sizing was a bit off so had to return one pair and order a smaller size. Was refunded very quickly (within a couple of days).

Really comfortable jeggings
Easy ordering and prompt delivery to store. Really helpful and pleasant staff in store.
Great trousers. True to size and really comfortable. Only wish they were available in the navy.
