Driver threatened me when I was complaining

They lied about the expected time of delivery. So when the time elapsed, I went on about my day cause I thought it wouldn't come, the driver called me after hours and I was still in class. When I got back to him after class, he was rude and unprofessional, even speaking Zulu even though I addressed him in English so he knows what language to use for communication. He was shouting at me threatening that if I want to complain I should wait for the next delivery and complain to his face .

FasWay Couriers very poor service do not deliver on due date not contactble

Delivery due 29 April, out for delivery, due today on their online tracking, nothing arrived. The app states they attempted delivery, not true we have been home and its now 4 days later. every day 'due today' status. Their WhatsApp does not help, no one gets back to you, the online facility to contact courier in your area does not work, ph lines keep you on hold and then cut you off without having spoken to anyone. I tried every option available on the ph menu. I recommend TEMU get another SA partner Buffalo Courier is great. I suggest all TEMU users send a complaint via TEMU live Chat to TEMU.

Don't use FastWay

I ordered from Temu. In the past deliveries arrived through Buffalo, on time and fast. This last order was sent through fastway couriers. I have to say, this is the biggest disaster order i have had. The pickup in Joburg according to tracking is false. It shows progress only seconds apart. The courier from Joburg to Cape Town takes 3 days and counting, meaning that this long weekend is coming up, and typical of a useless company, they will enjoy their weekends at home and not catch up their work loads. If you get a delivery from Temu and you see it has Fastway attached to it, Cancel your order. You will do yourself a favor. Ill be on about 20 days delivery time if this rout continues at this pace as apposed to the 8 /9 days from Buffalo couriers.. Their support service does not answer and I received two fake emails to make payments to fastway.. I don't recommend you use them at all..

Worst courier company ever

Worst courier company ever. Sent me a message my parcel delivery is due today. Waited the whole day without any communication,when I call their depot where my parcel is located I was told the driver is out but cannot be contacted to confirm date and time of delivery,to make matters worse they picked up my packed 6 days ago and when tracking it,it kept saying on its way to my nearest depot which is 200km away from joburg where they picked it up.

Slow and slower and slowest couriers ever

Wapps a waste of time as agents never respond. Every single parcel I have received has had damage and some contents damaged beyond repair.. my weather station was smashed to pieces. I have been informed that my parcel that is at jhb hub since 16 April will only reach me in Lydenburg at the earliest 29 April.....nearly 2 weeks 🤬

I have been waiting for them to deliver…

I have been waiting for them to deliver my temu package for almost 2 weeks now. If I call they don’t answer. They say that they are trying to get a hold of me, but they have never called. So disappointing. Worst couriers ever. Still waiting for my parcel.

Fastway Couriers Failing to Deliver on Commitments

I recently opened an account with Fastway Couriers and have been extremely disappointed with their service. I made a collection booking on Wednesday afternoon before 3 PM, but the driver never showed up. Despite assurances from their team that the collection would be made, no one came on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday was a public holiday, so no collection was possible then either.

After speaking with both the sales representative and the operations manager, I was assured that the collection would take place on Saturday morning at 9 AM. However, it’s now 10 AM, and no driver has arrived at my office. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since I was hoping to rely on their services to send over 150 parcels monthly.

Pissed

This is the worst courrier company, I've been trying to track my order with no success, no communication. My parcel was expected to be delivered on a Thursday, to date I haven't received any update.

This is a high time Temu stop using this company. Buffalo is the best.

If i could give a zero star review…

If i could give a zero star review ,this would be it.A total disregard for customer service.They have a whatsapp profile ,which in my opinion should be dealing with customer concerns and package updates,but you are very lucky if they even answer your message, and IF they do it is normally with an air of disregard.

Unbelievable poor service

Incredibly sad to see how many other individuals are experiencing the same service delivery. I had a parcel collected from Pretoria and literally had to come to Alberton, less than 70km.and it took 3 working days, sales agent Lebohang Modisakeng whom promised all these great things but left out all relevant and important info such as, if a driver in the area is off sick, your parcel will not be attended to, minimum "ewallet top-ups", when I raised this concern, I was ignored for days, and when i managed to get some response, an attitude was given and told that she's sitting on the freeway in traffic - amazing how that's been possible for more than 3 working days... I even told this so called New Business Sales Representative that we clearly don't understand one another and I want someone else to deal with the account, IGNORE...its all been a scary experience. I requested them to do a refund on monies laying on the account due to way to many grey areas and to just close the account and lets call it a day, got read receipts from everyone in the email, yet, ignored point blank. As a business owner/individual, if you need anything delivered and service delivery is of absolute importance to you, Stay away, these guys love the ignoring game, send you from pillar to post, with absolutely no feasible or positive assistance/feedback on whatever situation and if you are lucky enough to get some sort of response, it will be an automated read receipt or and attitude from an individual with no business ethic.

Don't ever use this business

Don't ever use this business. You can't get hold of the main office, of you have a complaint about a driver or delivery the driver calls you personally and ask you if launched a complaint against him. I had to email the main office in jhb to give my concerns and all they did was give a tongue in cheek apology. It's an absolute shame how companies treat their customers lately

Zero to Fastway

If i have to leave Fastway a review it will be a zero

My previous package was shipped from temu on 1 March and delivered to my door on the morning on 4 March shortly after 8am. This was with a totally unknown courier.

Fastway is not even close to delivery my current package

Shipped from Temu on 7 March and still hanging somewhere in some space on the afternoon of 13 March

I wish i could ask Temu to never make use of Fastway again.

Lies and confusion

Is there a way to submit a review without giving a star rating? Got emails that my package had been delivered and that I had signed for it. Then finally got through to the office and they contacted the driver. In a while eh pulls up and reckons he delivered it to the wrong address. How I signed for it at the wrong address is a mystery. Anyway, guy reeked of alcohol and also didnt sound like everything was ticking away smoothly.

They don't even deserve one star

They don't even deserve one star. Zero Zilch! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible Courier service. I really don't understand why Temu still works with these unprofessional bunch. They need to be boycotted! They should learn a thing or two from Buffalo about respecting their clients punctuality, & professionalism. Nxxxx...!!!

Terrible customer service

This courier service has some of the worst and rudest delivery drivers I have dealt with. When you are not home they offer to throw your package over the fence. They refuse to assist in delivering the package at a time you are actually home. You are either available when the courier decides to come by or you don't get your package. Whatever you do, don't use them.

Very poor company with the worst…

Very poor company with the worst service I have ever experienced. Tracking the package was impossible. Temu needs to stop working with fastway and find better courier services to work with. Buffalo courier service is one of their best courier options that temu have, out of my experience so far with ordering from temu. Fastway couriers could use a lot of improvements starting with the workers at the warehouses.

Absolutely worse inactive telephone…

Absolutely worse inactive telephone system that I had the pleasure to encounter. The operator has the worse inaudible worse and She repeats the prompts without directing the actual call.
I hope to discuss this with the Merchandiser to be vary of this courier service in the future.
