Absolutely worse inactive telephone system that I had the pleasure to encounter. The operator has the worse inaudible worse and She repeats the prompts without directing the actual call.
I hope to discuss this with the Merchandiser to be vary of this courier service in the future.

Terrible service, packaged deliverd to wrong province and after a week havent received my package, after I was told it will be here on time

Delivery guy Pretoria is consistently rude. Consider teaching him better communication skills.

My parcel from Temu was misdirected by Fastway an easy address used multiple times by other couriers without problems. The parcel has been sitting in a depo 300km away for the last 2 days with no sign of getting closer to my listed address, the agent hung up on me when I ask what was happening and why. The chat facility ask you wait for an agent that never arrives. Horrible service, I wish Temu would stick to Buffalo and drop this not so FAST wrong WAY courier

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Enquiries just ignored. Parcel delivered, supposedly to me and when I enquire who signed and where was it delivered no response, not via whatsapp, email or the online query option. As it was a Temu package I didn’t pick the courier, but after this experience I will NEVER make use of Fastway Couriers if I had a choice!

For 3 days I receive the same email saying my parcel is out for delivery and still no delivery of my parcel. The whatsapp service is absolutely useless because you can only chat to an agent when you input the tracking number, the same number sent to me via email - the whatsaap continually says something went wrong with the tracking number and I am unable to speak to an agent. I then call the driver in the area and he does not answer his phone.

The only thing this company is good for is absolutely nothing. Do not use them.

my parcel was out for delivery and i waited the whole day and cancelled my plans only to return my parcel back to their warehouse and i dont know why . phone lines dont work , whatapp line is also useless

Durban to Durban delivery 4 days. If I knew they were this unless I could have collected it from the shop in Dbn. Poor show. You can't be called a Courier company.

Pathetic service. Will never deal with them again.

Worst service ever
Buffalo is way faster and better than this unless courier service called fastway. I've placed an order in November 2024 now its January 2025, still waiting for my package
They should change their name to "Slowest most unless way" so that everyone knows who they're dealing with.

Worst service ever took 15days to deliver a package thats in the same city as me thats less than 30km

They do not communicate. Not even via their own app. My parcel is somewhere and no communication for more then 6 days. Unacceptable ! Service delivery is utterly ridiculous.

Worst service ever. Package spent 5 days at the depot impossible to contact tried WhatsApp, email and phone calls eventually found a delivery driver in another area that gave me an office number for me. To pick up the package. Never use this company!

Have never in my life received such terrible service from a courier. My parcels cleared customs and then it was on route from Jhb to cape town and now back at customs for 4 days already. You can't get hold of them to find out what is happening.

These people should be called castaway couriers as that’s what they do with your parcel and with it the customer

Fastway is absolutely pathetic...won't even respond on WhatsApp. They don't phone you to tell you they are at the gate and just drive off with your parcel and they are impossible to reach. If i could give them less than 1 star I would.

Absolute horrible customer service. My package was supposed to arrive on the 15th which I understood was a Sunday and Monday a public holiday. I contacted fastway through the WhatsApp line they provided to try to arrange collection, they informed me that temu packages are not eligible for collection even though that is not stated on their website where they advertise that you can arrange collection. I was then notified on the 18th that my package would be delivered, I then received an update that I am not home and that the driver could not reach me, on receiving the notification that my parcel was on board the courier vehicle I waited outside in full view of my front gate so as not to miss the delivery. There are 3 vehicles parked in my driveway and we are 10 people staying on the property, we are all currently home due to December leave. If the company cannot handle the volume of packages they should not take on the contract. Unprofessional and outright liars. Buffalo do a stellar job as I received my parcel which was sent with them 5 days after placing my order. Fastway could learn from them. Will be lodging a complaint with temu to have this company barred from delivering as they have done with skynet.

No delivery. Whatsapp no reply apart from automatic "next available agent will come back to you" which never happens. No answer of calls. Will not recommend this courier company.
