They should be an option to give it 0 stars.My parcel has been at the Kempton Park depot for 3 days without going out for delivery. I called several times no answer, tried whatsapp and live chat same results. I eventually drove there to pick it up.At the gate the guard wouldn't even let us in,instead they were using radios to communicate with the staff inside.They told me my parcel was inside but it needed to be scanned first. I emphasized that they scan it and l collect it but all was in vain.The guard extremely rude to us and the management inside never showed face,didn't have the guts to face us.Not only am l absolutely furious but l am.also disgusted by the customer service they have us.I have no words l am writing this @ 12:09-31 December 2025.Fast Couriers,l wish to never ever use you again and l would do the honors of posting your worst service on Social media platforms and never ever recommend anyone to you

Communication is terrible WhatsApp support is nonexistent, and phone calls are either ignored or only answered after waiting 30 minutes or more. My parcel has been held by Fastway for over 8 days without any clear explanation.
They attempted delivery while I was on holiday, which I understand, but since returning, I have followed up repeatedly and still have not received my parcel more than 8 days later. This level of delay is unacceptable.
Because of Fastway’s incompetence, I am now forced to consider requesting a refund for my parcel, while losing the money I already paid for duty.
This is one of the worst courier experiences I have had. I do not recommend this service.
THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
The courier has had my parcel since before Christmas. I got a notification several times that my parcel was on it's way but it was never delivered. The excuse was that they couldn't identify my address. Simply putting the address into Google maps will get you there.
A simple call and I could have directed them.
Their means of contacting them are useless. I can't get hold of them and they don't answer. I simply couldn't interact with them to try to get my parcel.
It seems they don't care about doing business. How can you make a suggestion to a company that does business that way. They simply don't want to do business. That's my impression. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Do not touch this company if you can avoid it.
Best courier ever
Fastway couriers provided the best service to me. Compared to other courier services fastway delivered my parcel very quick, a delivery that would have probably taken weeks, was delivered to me within six days. I am very happy and I must say that fastway actually lives up to its name😁
I FASTWAY COURIERS HIDE POOR SERVICE BEHIND WHATSAPP
I ordered a case of wine on the 25th November 2025 from OneDayOnly and after noticing that the tracking details (from Fastway) noted it had been shipped and delivered, I raised a query with OneDayOnly customer service on the 12th of December. After characteristically poor service from them I reached out to FASTWAY Couriers for assistance as their tracking system claims the parcel was delivered and signed for.
After multiple, frustrating interactions with their automated WhatsApp service I was promised assistance from their Operations team
It is now the 30th of December and I’ve nothing from FASTWAY at all !

Very bad service.
I guess I am just one of many to endure their bad service. I was expecting a package, CR0005146720. On two occasions the driver collected by package from the depot and did not deliver but return it back to the depot in the evening for unknown reasons. Called their customer care and the driver, calls were ignored, so unprofessional. I had to drive across town and collect the package myself at the depot just to avoid being told that the package had been lost.

to be honest im very disappointed with the delivery of fastway couriers , the last tracking update they gave me was on the 23rd of december at around 11pm saying that my parcel was on the delivery vehicle , then they sent me an email saying that my parcel will arrive the same day yet im still waiting… mind you i placed my order on the 5th on december

Do not trust Slowway with your parcels
Do not trust Fastway with your parcels, especially during peak season. I ordered a Christmas gift a month in advance, which should have been ample time. Despite receiving a notification that my parcel was out for delivery on 22 December, I am still waiting. Attempts to contact Fastway have been met with unanswered phones and unhelpful customer service. Their lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I will not be using Fastway again and strongly advise others to consider alternative courier services.
Fastway Saved my Christmas
My packages got first stuck in a warehouse, the cargo loading was delayed and customs is so absolutely crazy busy I thought I would be gifting pictures of gifts of the gifts I got them. Yesterday at 5pm my package was released from customs. Today Fastway delivered at 3pm! Thank you Fastway you saved Christmas for us. Thanks to Pearl who helped me so kindly today.
Poor communication
I was supposed to receive my package on Monday, 22 Dec. When the courier tried to contact me to confirm my address I was not near my phone and could not get to it in time to answer the call. I tried calling back and when they answered they said that they'll have to make my delivery today because they needed to make other deliveries. I said ok and left it at that.
Now today they contact me again and told me that they would be making the delivery during the afternoon of today.
They did not seem to have anything to say after that so I just confirmed my address and ended the call. It is now after 5 when their services end and I still have not received my package and there has been no communication of any delay whatsoever. I am deeply disappointed because this has not happened before with my previous packages.
If only I could give them zero stars.
Fastway courier shit service
Poor service! Whatsap line in non existent. Phones dont get answered. Courier drivers are not worried how long they sit with ur parcel. Currently waiting 3days for a parcel sitting in a delivery van in port elizabeth and just not getting delivered!!! Horrid service. If i had a choice i would choose COURIER GUY! unfortunately the sender chose the courier service.
Pathetic delivery
They should really work on their delivery. It is absolutely pathetic to wait for a parcel that's been with them for a week, and the only message that I get is that it will be delivered on the next delivery. Very disappointed.

Fast way courier are the worst. One order was delayed 2 weeks late second temu order, same story. And now waiting on 2 orders from Temu again, your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and expect delivery today. Bullsh#t, same story the 3rd day. I'm never buying from Temu because of Fast way. I emailed temu and they say they looking into it on all 3 times. Sis man. You suck. Big time. I rate them minus 10
Rude and aggressive Fastway Courier Msiphola Sipho
I have a very serious complaint about a courier working for Fastway, namely Msiphola Sipho. I ordered mirrors from Leroy Merlin (Tracking number LR0003920483/LR0003920484) and phoned them as well as Fastway Couriers Head office in Pretoria to organise the delivery on the 1st of Dec 2025.
We are from Secunda, Mpumalanga and not staying in Pretoria, so I requested the delivery at the new address of my kidz apartment in Queenswood, not at the old address at Garrett Gardens in Queenswood.
Fastway Head office said that it wouldn't be a problem delivering on the 1st of Dec, they would give the request through to the courier.
The morning of the 1st Dec, the courier, Msiphola Sipho called me and screamed at me that he was at the old address and that I should open the gate for him. I told him that I arranged with his Head office that the mirrors be delivered to the new address, namely at Queenswood Quarters. he kept on screaming at me that he was not going to go to the new address, because I shouldn't have changed it. I tried telling him that I did organize everything with Fastway Head office, but he just got even ruder and put the phone down in my ear.
I phoned him back and told him nicely that I did arrange everything with his Head office. He came speeding up to the apartment and literally threw the mirrors with their boxes out of the delivery van. He screamed at me that I should not arrange anything with his Head office because they didn't know what his delivery schedule looked like!
I myself am a business owner and if he was working for me I would have gotten rid of such a person a long time ago for being so entitled and rude to paying customers!! It is totally unacceptable and I will never ever use Fastway Couriers again or recommend them to anyone.
I hope that you look into this matter. I am also going to leave a very bad review on your website because I have never in my life experienced such bad service from anyone!
