I went into Leroy Merlin to get lawnmower blades before xmas and the guy instore said order them online as they don't have stock. Since then I've been waiting for my delivery. Thew app is a complete waste of time and says they will get someone to call. The guy at the call centre tells me he has escalated the problem and can't do more. The tracking system tells me its been waiting for a collection...I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
Pathetic service!
Parcel never delivered though it states delivered on their tracking service. Trying to contact their call centre for days, no one to answer. Pathetic service. Essentially someone stole my order. Temu doesn’t give a guck either as their messsge says I must contact the courier service. WHAT A SCAM!!

1 * is even too much. This company should be closed down. Absolutely useless. My parcel was dispatched from Cape Town to Witbank within a day, but has since been laying in the East Bay for 3 days. Tried phoning all the main Fastway branches nobody answers. This was a urgent delivery for a special function.
I can just warn the people to stay away from Fast way. Courier Guy is simply the best

Worst delivery service ever. They should change their name to SlowWay. Cannot reach anyone, they cut the call off. We've called numerous times, given them the full address and telephone number. Conflicting messages, one saying they tried to deliver and were unable to, another to say the parcel is under query. Unhelpful staff that do not give you their name. Overall PATHETIC.

What a joke to have to deal with. Their ' dedicated' area courier, Brian, promised he had the parcel and would deliver on 3 January, and now just does not even read messages. The parcel is out for delivery now for days. My parcel contains art supplies that require specific handling. I expect that, even after waiting more than a month, I will have to return these as soon as I receive it, as it is now likely damaged beyond repair. I would say the service is poor, but it is actually just non-existent. Disgusted

Shocking and Disappointing Delivery Service
I am extremely disappointed with Fastway Couriers’ service. I have been waiting for my parcel since 19 December, which is completely unacceptable.
The delivery attempts are poorly handled, with excuses such as “consignee not found” or “business closed”, yet no proper communication was made by the delivery drivers to resolve this. No calls, no meaningful attempts to contact me — just failed delivery notes.
Trying to get assistance from the call centre has been just as frustrating. The feedback provided is vague and unhelpful, with no real solutions or accountability. I’ve received absolutely no clarity on when or if my parcel will be delivered.
This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. I would not recommend Fastway Couriers based on this shocking level of service.

I have been waiting for my delivery since 30 December 2025 and till today there has no been communication and when I track my order it always says :my parcel is at sorting HUB in Johannesburg and will be delivered to the destination on the next available linehaul

My delivery failed yesterday. They decided it would be a brilliant idea to notify me via email.
"Why did your delivery fail? you may ask. Well, let me tell you. No one even attempted to make a delivery. I was home the ENTIRE day. The fastway driver did not attempt the intercom. The fastway driver did not attempt to pick up the phone and give me a call. No, they decided that my package was not worth delivering, so they did not even attempt delivery. What they did indeed do is have the audacity to tell me via email that I was not home and that a delivery attempt was made. Would you like to see the footage of your driver never showing up, Fastway???? Because guess what, I have that.
Fastway, please do not treat me or any one else as if they are stupid or incompetent.
I strongly suggest that all of us who have been falsely accused of "not being home" should band together and ensure that fastway gets their act together.

Worst delivery company ever
Worst delivery company ever. I just had to go and attempt to collect my parcel at the depot. They said it's with the driver somewhere and then l had to try to locate the driver. I had to drive to his house to collect my order. No seemed sorry for the confusion and the delay. It was just business as usual. They lie a lot they even wrote me an email that there was an attempted delivery. I never got a missed call from them and they do not pick up their office phone, their WhatsApp number is even useless. They are just the biggest liars. This is the second time l am experiencing this.

Worst couriers in South Africa
Worst couriers in South Africa. On multiple occasions I've received notifications from them that my parcel is onboard the courier vehicle and will be delivered that day, but then they never show up and I've wasted a day by staying home waiting for them. They take hours to respond on Whatsapp and never answer their phone lines.
Can't complain about service their is none
Very arrogant customer service never answering their phone. No one trying to communicate with me. Suppositly doesn't know where I live. Talking over me doesn't give me time to speak ignoring me and I'm just very disappointed and feeling effended. Pathetic service
My parcel was received at the depot on 20 Dec 2025, picked up, sorted, and put in transit on the same day, as per their tracking site.
Fastway CS was phoned on the 23 to change the delivery address, and the change was confirmed telephonically.
On 30 Dec 2025 my parcel was at south bay, and on 31 Dec 2025 a delivery attempt was made to the wrong address.
On 2 Jan 2026 they were phoned again and they are not sure where my parcel is, let alone when it will be delivered.
Seems there is zero communications, nor are system clarity between operations and CS.
Average hold time to get through to an agent is 18 minutes.
Nobody answers emails.
Nobody return calls.
Nobody follows up.
Dishonest & incompetent
Incompetent, dishonest company. Package is over 2 weeks late, to avoid paying delayed delivery fees the company lies and says your package is out for delivery and the driver could not deliver because the premises are closed. The driver was never at my gate, never used intercom, never called me to collect the package. They simply lie about it so they are not liable, disgusting behavior. Also their support doesn't exist. WhatsApp goes unanswered, phones go unanswered. This company should be avoided at all costs and definately should not be a Temu delivery partner
