Fashion cribSA is the worst online shop I have ordered from. My order came after a very long time, they only delivered after I have threatened them to take legal action against them. When my sneakers finally arrived , it was the wrong size and color, tried calling them they don't answer either emails, calls or whatsapp messages. The worst of it all is that shoes are fake, it's funny because you can even see the packaging. The sneakers are very bad. As for the logging a return and refund, it's a nightmare 😭

I orders sneakers only to findout that they are fake and they don't even answer my calls when wanting refund and my money is gone when you try to get a hold of them they don't reply and surely KY last cent has gone

I placed an order a pair of Nike trainers on 11 Jan '25 (Order #51963) . The package was delivered on Wed 14 Dec (I was happy with the fast delivery). To my shock, the pair of shoes i received was NOT what I had ordered. My first POA was to call them - no answer. (I called about 8 times). I then sent an email, as well as WhatsApp and explained my situation & to my shock I received the following response (via WhatsApp) "Sorry for the inconvenience caused as we ran out of stock on the air max 90 recraft so we thought that we'd have been a good replacement". I was never called to explain the pair I had ordered is out of stock nor was I offered the opportunity to decide if I would be happy with this replacement pair. They then explained that they would arrange for collection from Courier Guy of the package and would initiate the refund after they receive the item. They informed me item would be picked up "before friday". No return Waybill (or waybill number) was sent to me....and I have been following up everyday on the return of the wrong package and I am being ghosted. The only response I have received is "They haven't collected yet?" I took it upon myself to call Courier Guy today and they confirmed that no return collection has been initiated.... and so basically I was lied to. I am SO frustrated and annoyed, I want my money back! Avoid this retailer/store at all costs! They don't seem to be a trustworthy retailer and are extremely terrible at communication! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them! I am definitely going to go to the ends of the earth to ensure that they are attended to by the authorities and will report them to EVERY legal & government entity I can. Including Nike Corporation. You cannot keep messing around with innocent people and their monies..... and think you can get away with it! This is scum behaviour.

They told us they were hijacked in Ennerdale, afterwards they didn't communicate they didn't even told us what was happening with our parcels. They never returned our money

I’ve tried all forms of communication ( emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, facebook, instagram even tiktok and no response at all from Fashioncrib.

This is a total scam.

I think everybody should report them so that nobody else will fall into this trap again.

I ordered nike portal for my daughter on the 06/12/2025, I only received an email with the invoice for my order. When I called them to check on the progress of my my order they told me they are still processing the order. On the 26/12/2025 I received an email saying that they have refunded my money,am waiting for the refund even now. Now when I call them they don't answer my calls I have even an email enquiring about the money no response. I am disappointed about their customer service,and my money is gone.

I received your order but its the wrong size and wrong color..I tried calling several times with no luck.no one is picking up my calls and I don't know what to do,qm so disappointed

Great service, low prices and frequent updates

I bought Nike portal on 2025-12-12 and only received my order on 2025-12-29. On top that the sneakers delivered are incorrect plus the price for the wrong delivered sneakers is R899 and the one bought and paid for is R1599.00. I called them no response, dropped them an email and sent WhatsApp messages but still no response. Their after sales service really sucks.

I had ordered two pair of White Airforce Nike and I have only received one pair today, and even after multiple efforts of reaching out in various platforms, I am unable to reach them. I called the Courier company which was delivering my parcel and they seem to be the only people to care about this matter.

So hopeless

Your shoes are fake... smells like glue, and the material is cheap.

Good morning I'm still waiting for my sons sneakers today is the 30th December now and you told me it wil be delivered like in yesterday or today I sent messages but no reply if it is not delivered I want my sons money that he can buy him sneakers at some other places because my son is very angry because hy is supposed to get it before kersfees and yet still nothing please reply on my messages that I know whts goes for what please

Still waiting for my order to be delivered ,i orderded on 10 dec2025 sneakers for my son on fashioncrib they stated that orders take3-5 working days till today i have not recieved the sneakers is the 28 dec 2025 and when i called they said the sneakers will be delivered before 24 dec 2025 or they will give a refund im still waiting now they fone calls dont go through and they dont respond on whtsapp nor on emails

This is a totally scam i odered shoes on the 20th of December but i haven't receive when i call they don't respond and when i text them they told me that my oder was shipped on the 22nd how ????

I sent my order on 28 november, received a wrong order on 5 December, called to let them know that im no longer interested and I need my refund. They promised to send courier to come pick up the order so they can refund but to no avail, I kept on calling and the last guy I spoke with said his name was Pardon and he will fix the issue in within. 2 days. Its now 3 weeks and nothing has been done, im totally disappointed 😞 their communication system is very poor they dont respond watsaap their email adress ain't going through, if they manage to answer the call all they do is lie. @Fashioncrib fix your mess or else no one will ever want to do business with you...

After paying for order there's no communication and the order cannot be tracked

I bought Nike dunk-sneakers.Placed an order of size 6 and got size 7 the shoes are big😔

Buy at you own risk I bought nike air max 90 but they gave me nike portal smaller size, I tried calling, texting on WhatsApp, and emails with no luck, they're now ignoring me so that 21 days to pass.
