No response after payment

No response after payment - avoid if you need support

Review:
I had a bad experience with Fashioncrib SA. I placed an order and paid, but once payment went through I couldn’t get any response.

I tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and calls about an issue with my order, but received no reply on any channel. It feels like once you pay, customer support becomes unresponsive.

I’m still waiting for a response to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you need any after-sales support.

I ordered two pairs of sneakers and both was delivered on time by the courier guy a very friendly and polite person, also the sales guy from fashioncribsa.. who helped over the phone very helpful. Keep up the good work ...definitely purchasing again...communication while order is shipped well communicated. Rocking my sneakers 🙏

When I placed the order

When I placed the order. I immediately got an invoice. Communication was excellent. They kept me informed until I received my order. Service is the best so far from any other online shop. I will defenately recommend you guys. 5 star service. Well done. 👌

Quick response when placing your order

Quick response when placing your order. There was constant communication on where the order was. Order was placed on Tuesday and Friday it was delivered. Super happy with the service. There was a follow up as well after the order was delivered. Super happy with the product too.
