Nike Airforce 1 Black Incorrect Size

I have purchased a pair of shoes and the size was incorrect.
I paid for the courier to collect the shoes and deliver again. But I am not getting a tracking number or any information from the supplier about the exchange they just have a no care attitude

Today, 07/12/2024, I received only one pair of sneakers from my order. I immediately reached out to the company via WhatsApp, contacting Lenny at +27 68 172 2587. My messages were clearly seen (two ticks), yet Lenny has blatantly ignored them and failed to respond.

I also sent an email and, unsurprisingly, received no response. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is absolutely appalling.

Your complete disregard for your customers and failure to communicate is unacceptable. I trusted your company, and this is how you operate? It’s disgusting and shameful.

I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful service from Sneakercrib SA. This company has proven to be nothing short of thieves. I paid in full for my order, yet they are withholding my sneakers, creating massive inconvenience and frustration.

These sneakers were ordered in good faith, trusting that Sneakercrib was a reputable business. Instead, I’ve encountered nothing but daylight robbery. I have received no communication whatsoever about the status of my order. This is not just bad service; it’s outright theft.

Sneakercrib SA is a disreputable company. They are unworthy of even a single star in a review. As a regular online shopper, I value convenience and professionalism—two things this company utterly lacks.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Sneakercrib. Do not trust them with your money or your orders. They will rob you of both, leaving you with nothing but disappointment and disgust. I will ensure my friends and family are well-informed about this disgraceful experience.

This company is a stain on the e-commerce industry, and I sincerely hope no one else falls victim to their appalling behavior.

You may think you’ve succeeded by taking my money and withholding my sneakers, but rest assured, this matter is far from over. Your actions are unacceptable and amount to theft.

Prepare to hear from my legal representation soon. I will not tolerate being treated with such disregard and dishonesty.
