Am pleasantly surprised at how tender the rib eye steaks are. They are each good size. I couldn't finish a whole one. They are very lean yet juicy and tender. They are slightly gamey due to being grass fed. I would order again. I think the price is very fair.

This was my first time ordering any sort of perishable foods or meats online. I was very impressed with the process, shipping times, and the packaging! My order arrived completely frozen and would have stayed frozen many more days in the packaging. So far, the quality of the meat has been outstanding. The pork spare ribs were the best ribs I’ve ever had!

I have ordered three times; a variety of beef, chicken, fish, pork products. The quality is outstanding. I appreciate the light and durable freezer packing with labels for each item which includes weight.

First meat delivery was great. The second batch of meat was supposedly supposed to be ribeye, but it was not identifiable. Tough, appears to be cut by a 3-year-old, and not ribeye. Hack job.

I will be a regular with Farm Foods. I love the selection of products, the sales, the ease of shipping. My husband is a picky eater, while I love to explore. I was pleasantly surprised that we both enjoyed the ground Ostrich! This is a great way to try some new and unusual items, at a fraction of the price you'd see on a fancy restaurant's menu. Love it!

UPDATE: Carlos contacted me after my review and was much more helpful and accommodating than Sharon. He sent me 4 replacement steaks. And although the steaks were somewhat better, they were still tough for ribeyes. I appreciated that Carlos stepped up and did the right thing instead of trying to find fault in my cooking methods. To be honest, I probably won’t order from Farm Foods again only due to the product, but Carlos deserves kudos for exceptional customer service. Sharon needs some serious re-training.

I was hoping to write this review about wonderful customer service, not a terrible product. But as it turns out I get to write a review about a terrible product and a terrible customer service. I received my steaks approximately a month ago the first two steaks we cooked were delicious, fast forward two weeks for a second steaks. first thing I noticed was that they were mislabeled. It said that they were ribeye steaks when they were clearly New York strips. My husband cooked them on our pellet grill to a perfect medium rare and by the time we were done “eating” them there was approximately 30 to 40% left on my plate in edible due to having gristle and being tough. I contacted the company and Sharon asked if I had taken pictures of the meal which I had not. So I told her that I would be sure to take pictures the next time. Night before last we had 2 steaks again after with the same results. This time I took pictures of the steaks in the packaging the steaks after they were cooked and when I sliced into them to show the level of doneness. And then I took a final picture of my plate with all of the gristle I even pointed out a thick piece of gristle that ran the entire length of the steak I turned these pictures over to Sharon and then was coached on our cooking methods. She tried to blame the low quality of the meat on the way we cooked it saying if the steak is overcooked it can be tough. I replied as you can clearly see from our photos the steak was cooked to medium rare it was not overcooked I also advised her that I have been eating steaks my entire life and I know the different cuts of steak and what they sent us was not ribeyes. I have gotten nowhere with Sharon. I do not advise anyone to buy steaks from this company they are very poor quality and the customer service is essentially nonexistent

Very pleased with delivery process. Everything arrived frozen as promised. The beef was tender & flavorful & the salmon melts in your mouth.

This Alaskan salmon is the best I have ever tasted in my life. I have bought most salmon at Publix or other stores and most is farmed raised and ok but nothing like the wild salmon.

FarmFoods customer service was very helpful with my last online purchase. I forgot to add a coupon code before checkout and they promptly added the code in a refund. This all happened in a matter of 30 minutes. I am very pleased with this company and will continue to buy from them.

First time purchasing from FarmFoods and I’m very happy with the experience. It’s hard to find pastured chicken pieces to buy online and FarmFresh had a good selection, with a sale too! I purchased boneless skinless chicken breasts plus a ground meat bundle, which has a selection of ground turkey, pork, beef, and elk. Cooked up the chicken breasts in a curry-wow such great flavor and texture. The ground turkey was next up for taco salads….fantastic flavor, nice and lean.
Why not 5 stars? I’d like to see a recycleable shipping box instead of the styrofoam chest. Other than that, everything was solidly frozen with plenty of dry ice. Will be ordering again!

My original purchase was a birthday gift of steaks for my son and his children who are big steak lovers. My son reported that the steaks were wonderful, he likes the concept behind Farm Foods and plans to buy more - and my grandchildren had a great time (supervised, of course) with the dry ice.. From my perspective, the purchasing process was easy, the gift arrived ahead of time and was gratefully received.

Very fast service and the meat tasted great!

This company is selling low quality cheap meat. The ground Bison I ordered came more fatty than the 30% advertised. When I emailed them they just said the fat content is approximate. The packaging was thin cheap plastic and most packs had slits and holes in them. I was unsatisfied and they don't care. They said the meat is fine even if packaging has holes in it. Skip this company they are low quality. I bet all their customers are one time orders since they don't seem to care about their products of customers.

I have been ordering from Farm Foods for months now and I am always pleased with the outcome of my order. Everything is packaged well, and the order usually arrives quickly after I place it. I plan to continue being a customer of your services!

One suggestion I might add (though I am not sure how this is possible) is to be more conscious of the utilization of plastics when delivering items.

FarmFoods is absolutely wonderful. I believe I ordered on a Wednesday and had my delicious items, still frozen, on Thursday afternoon! The prices are great and they have a selection of items that I just can't get locally at as good of a price, or with as little effort. Everything seems so high quality and my bones broths have been extra amazing since I started using the bones from FarmFoods. I highly recommend and will be a customer for life!

I saw this company advertised on social media. I like the fact that the meats are fresh and the prices reasonable. Delivery was great and the quality of the meat is superb.

I ordered a (pork) sausage package, and they're all terrific. Will most likely order again once we use them all up.
