Disingenuous
I was offered a shipping discount immediately after placing an order and being charged for shipping. It felt disingenuous; a ploy to get me to place more orders. I am sure had I abandoned my cart, I would have been offered some kind of discount too.
I would rather you focus on delivering a great experience and building customer trust and loyalty for the long term rather than this nickel-and-dimming.

FaralBox service was very fast
FaralBox service was very fast. Got my order within 5 days. Food items were fresh too. Not giving 5 stars as Puran Polis packaging could have been better. Since most of Puran poli boxes were packed vertically polis didn’t keep the shape. Only one puranpoli box was packed horizontally in which polis stayed good. Overall I am very happy with the service.
