The taste and the packaging is good which is why I reordered. However, the customer service number is non functional. Since the phone number was not functional I tried email and I did not receive any response from your team. If you look up my very first order was incorrect. Where I received 2 Khari Shankarpali instead of one sweet and one Khari. That issue was not addressed at all. No acknowledgement no resolution. That was sad :(

Order to delivery was very smooth. Items are heavily overpriced. It’s might be okay if you wish to order once in a blue moon. But, If someone like me is planning to order monthly or once in two months, it will be good to have reasonable prices on items. Hope you can start some deal for people interested in regular purchase. Else it is unreasonably expensive.

spelling of the product was wrong but otherwise a good product

Packaging was really good. All items were tasty and well made

1)Packings of some Items were not good.Lids of some boxes were very loose & unfixed.Some items specially Karanjis packed so poorely that they broken.
2)Quality & Taste of some Faral Items were not according to expectations.There were no flavour even Ilaichi powder in some sweets.As👇
1)Karanji.
2)Chirotes.
3)Motichoor Ladoos.
4)Anarases etc.Anarases were very Tupakat( much of Toop in them)
5) Palak cones,Corn Chivada,Tikhat Shev were needed improvements.
We liked Items specially prepared by Chitale's as Kaju Katli,Mango Barfi.Besan Ladoos,Multigrain Kadbolis,Bhajani Chakalis were also good in taste.
6) DHL delivery was not according to their notifications & both time we had to do Demand Delivery. Though we send messages about no signature required they send notifications that delivery not possible due to unavailability of us.
I gave my reviews according to the opinions of me & my family members.Thank you.

I didnt receive my order for chitale pedha and chitale kajukatli. I did receive other faral.

Faral was tasty and felt like homemade. Specially tikhat shev, besan ladu, chakali, chirote and palak cone were very delicious. The delivery service was also fast and hassle free. All the best for the good work and I definitely recommend others to try Faral box.

Earlier the delivery date was showing 8thNovember but then it got delivered exactly on Diwali 4thNovember.
Thank you for Delicious Faral , Calendar,Utane and Panatya...All Faral is just delicious 😋
But just to be honest Besan Laadu could be better next time I mean I won't say they were not good but they are lacking that great taste of perfection which all other dishes have got.
Rest everything is great.
Will surely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues...

The quality of all the food items was great. The shipment arrived on time ( in the USA) in a perfect condition. Packing was excellent.I am going to place order again for Diwali 2022.

We still have not received the package. It's pending since a week. Contacted DHL but help provided. The reason for the HOLD is not being communicated.
Very bad experience. No help provided at all.
