My order was returned back by UK officials and I was promised a refund once my package reached the Faralbox warehouse . I have chased for refund a couple of times however no communication from the Faralbox team . Looks like some start up that has gone bust

The oil used was stale and had gone rancid. Very disappointing and won't order again unfortunately.

This was the second year Deepawali we ordered from FaralBox. I had really respected this company and wanted to continue my association. However, this time my experience was bad in terms of dealings with this company. After I ordered my Deepwali Faral, company dropped the prices and their representative also promised that I will get the refund for the difference for the price drop value. I did patiently wait for at least 60days and never go the refund and to the worst of my experience- these folks stopped responding to my followup emails and never got my refund. So, clearly the breach of trust and I will not order any products from this company ever again.
I am giving two stars just coz their products were good but company itself is no more not trust worthy.

Worst experience. My order for delivery did not arrive because it could not clear customs. DHL constantly reached out to faralbox to provide the documentation but they did not provide. DHL had no choice bit to return the order.
Now faral box is not giving me refund. They have ghosted me completely.

I had ordered Anarse but to I was utterly disappointed with the quality and taste. Anathema were very hard,dry and bad taste. I ordered first time from Faral Box but I don't think I will order again.

Timely delivery and good quality of food.

Timing went wrong. Delivery was expected on 25th, but parcel received on 31.

I am happy with Faralbox and its support. They managed to deliver all shipments on time and also provided the necessary support.

FaralBox shipped my order quickly overseas and I received it in a period of 3 days or so. It's not just their fast shipping but also the quality of snacks! The snacks were really delicious, perfect taste and gave a homely feeling! I am glad we have FaralBox to ship authentic Maharashtrian snacks for people staying miles away from home :) Thank you FaralBox.

This one is for local delivery.. Within Mumbai.
Confirmed for details over a call and then placed it online on their website with discount coupon, Team member from Faralbox politely and happily assisted me for choice of food pack varieties for Diwali Faral.
Mumbai order, I received it on very next day.
Good packaging, properly sealed, attractive and well kept food items. Ordered for 2 kg pack, quantity and quality of the snacks both were super fine and tasty.
Suggestion - Do try to make Anarse better for next time.
We are praising the taste of Tikhat Sev, Karanji, Bhajli Chakali, Titkhat and Sweet Shakarpale, Besan ladoo, Chivdas, respectively in that order, along with goodies and surprisingly with a bonus which turned out to be gift.

Yes, do felt like overpriced, but then Diwali is for everyone, to Share, Care, Nurture and to Celebrate collectively and Team Faralbox made our Diwali hassle free and enjoying..

Now comes the second one.....

The Second review is for the Very first Overseas Faral order placed with Faralbox.
My Younger Brother, who’s months ago gone to the one of the state in USA for studies, and who never eats Diwali Faral, I desperately wanted him to feel homely and send something from Mumbai to his place in USA for Diwali celebration.

Googled it and zeroed in on FaralBox for Diwali Faral.
With a call and confirmation of products over a super helpful call with Team Faralbox, I selected the 6 kg pack of Diwali Faral with goodies, with discount, though was skeptical about delivery.
To my utmost surprise, the parcel reached super early at his place in USA, 1-2 days before Dhanteras.

Much much Delighted and Happy was with their service.
And the next surprise came, when in Diwali, My Brother tried and happily ate all the Faral items with his friends and celebrated his Diwali. The one who avoided faral at hometown, had loved the faral in overseas.

Supremely thankful for Faralbox Team for tasty and lovely Faral, good packaging and superfast delivery, and making our this year's Diwali a very very memorable and cheerful !!!

Bad shipping package- Anarsas were broken.
Poor quality - Anarsas did not taste good.
Karanji was intact and tasted good.
Delivery was timely.
Expensive products overall.
