Mijn kat smoesje is dol op de krabpaal van “the explorer”. Hij is stevig genoeg om zijn energieke sprongen aan te kunnen en het ziet er stijlvol uit in ons nieuw interieur. Het kussen is ook heerlijk zacht en wordt dan ook dagelijks gebruikt voor zijn dutjes. Zeker een aanrader voor alle kattenliefhebbers!

Prachtige designs van topkwaliteit met snelle levering. Wij zijn fan en kunnen Fantail alleen maar aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar mooie moderne producten die ook nog eens zeer goed zijn van kwaliteit!

Mijn kat is heel blij met deze krabpaal. Ze speelt erop, slaapt erop en zit graag bovenin. Het was makkelijk om in elkaar te zetten en het staat stevig. Een aanrader!

Ongelooflijke kwaliteit van de stof. Onze huisdieren (Maine Coon en Chow Chow) genieten met volle teugen van de manden. Zeer mooie design waardoor het ook mooi blend in ons interieur

After placing my order, I received it quickly at home which is always nice.

The website is very easy to use and very clear. The wide range of colours and fabrics makes it cool to choose something that matches our interior at home, which is definitely a big plus!

For our dog Ayla, it is her first basket and she immediately likes it! Very curious about her new safe place which she still enjoys to this day.

You can feel that the cushions are of very high quality and we will enjoy them for a long time. Also very handy that the cover can be washed and purchased separately if necessary :)

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met dit hondenbed. Hij voelt super stevig aan en de Endurance stof is echt van topkwaliteit, dat merk je meteen. Mijn hond sprong er zonder aarzelen in en het is duidelijk haar nieuwe favoriete plekje in huis. Na wat enthousiast gekrab van mijn hond, ziet het bed er nog als nieuw uit. Daarnaast past het bed perfect bij ons interieur. Echt een aanrader!

My dogs love the new dog bed. And I love that it looks so beautiful, it fits perfect in my living room! 🤩 I ordered a snug and snooze. At first they didn't seem interested but when I put them in the beds they didn't move anymore. They stayed in the beds for more than an hour. 😆

Still waiting for an email reply. I have sent 5 emails since December

I recently purchased a cat tree from Fantail, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I received the product, I found that over 12 key parts were missing, leaving me unable to assemble it at all. Despite checking the box multiple times, the missing components were nowhere to be found.

I immediately contacted customer service, but the response time has been abysmal, with a week-long wait for each email reply. It's now been two weeks since I received the incomplete package, and I am still unable to use the product. The complete lack of urgency in addressing this issue has caused a lot of frustration.

At this point, I’m still waiting for an update on when the missing parts will be shipped, and the lack of effective communication has left me feeling completely dissatisfied. The service is practically non-existent, and it’s clear that Fantail is not handling customer concerns properly.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The chances of encountering issues with missing parts and poor customer service are very high, and it’s been a major inconvenience.

Beste hier nooit meer! Eerst een vies kussen in verkeerde kleur geleverd. Vervolgens geen reactie op emails en tot op heden nog geen terugbetaling terwijl het kussen 2 weken geleden al retour is geleverd. Daarnaast moet ik nog maar zien of de verzendkosten van het verkeerd geleverde kussen worden teruggestort.

Super fast delivery, quality is good. My dogs love the dog bed cover.
