Lily has been amazing in helping me on my journey to recovering and improving my skin. I have been seeing her since the start of the year, and I have noticed such a big improvement in my skin since then. She is always so lovely, supportive and genuinely listens to my concerns. She recommends products that are suited to my skin and always checks in with me about how often I feel comfortable coming in, understanding that everyone is in different financial situations. I recently had an appointment with Lilly after seeing so many amazing transformation photos on her Instagram, particularly her results with acne clients. As someone who has struggled with acne since my teenage years, I’ve tried a number of treatments and fallen for promotions from some of the more common skincare and laser clinics in shopping centres. I gave these treatments at least a year, but unfortunately never saw any significant results.

After just one session with Lilly, I was genuinely shocked by the difference in my skin. The results were so noticeable that even my friends have stopped me mid-conversation to point out how much better my skin looks!

I can’t recommend Lilly enough. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she treats her clients with so much warmth, care and genuine attention. You can really tell that she cares about achieving the best possible results for each person, rather than just selling treatments.

If you’ve been struggling with acne or are feeling frustrated after trying treatment after treatment, I would highly recommend giving Lilly a try. 🤍

I booked this facial because I specifically wanted help with congested/clogged pores and extremely dry, dehydrated skin. I explained my concerns clearly more than once before and during the appointment, so I expected the treatment to actually be tailored to those concerns.

I ended up paying $280 including an additional mask for $30, but unfortunately the treatment felt like a very basic facial: oil cleansing, cleansing, exfoliation, mask, LED light for 5min and moisturiser. For that price, I expected a much more thorough and targeted treatment, especially considering I had repeatedly explained that congestion and dehydration were my main concerns.

What disappointed me even more was the level of attention during the appointment. The therapist was on her phone multiple times while working on my face. At one point, while using a tool/device with gel, she appeared distracted and some of the product ended up in my hair. After that, she put the phone away and seemed to focus more on the treatment. When someone is working on my fac, particularly during a treatment at this price point, I expect their full attention.

I deliberately came here to try something different from the facials I normally receive and was willing to pay considerably more because I expected a more advanced and personalised experience. Unfortunately, I left wondering what exactly justified the $280 price.

For me, the combination of a basic-feeling treatment, limited attention to the specific skin concerns I repeatedly raised, and phone distraction during the service made this very poor value for money.

This review is simply an account of my personal experience as a paying customer. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I would not return for another facial at this price.

After seeing all the glowing reviews and beautiful photos of your work, I was genuinely excited to book a treatment with you. As a fellow mother, I empathized when you mentioned starting late due to having a young child at home—I understand how challenging it is to juggle work and parenting.
Initially, I didn’t intend to leave a review. But after reading another client’s experience that mirrored mine, I felt compelled to share my own. I always use my real account for reviews, whether positive or negative, because I believe in transparency.
In July, I messaged you to inquire about pricing for a multilayered deep clean, and you confirmed it was $150. When I followed up on the 11th, there was no mention of a price increase. Then, on September 26th, I requested an appointment and you offered a same-day slot at 12:30 PM. Despite living 40 km away, I arranged childcare and took time off work—something I mentioned during our session.
At 11:33 AM, you messaged to delay the appointment to 12:45 PM and offered a free head massage or LED therapy if I paid in cash. You didn’t provide a full address, only an approximate location, and I waited outside for 10 minutes until you called with directions to your home.
The appointment lasted about an hour. I want to note that I did not consent to having my photos taken or shared publicly. I have lodged a formal complaint to AOIC under section 21.
You requested payment before starting the treatment which was odd and offered an optional mask for an additional $30. I initially declined, saying I might try it next time. However, during the session, you repeatedly asked if I wanted to add the mask or other treatments since I had traveled far. Near the end, you insisted again, saying it was the right time to apply it, and I reluctantly agreed—I felt pressured and coerced.
You asked me to send payment via Pay ID to a different number: +61 0477770409 under the name Tram Thi Ngoc Huynh. Later, you brought out a payment terminal and asked me to pay the $30 separately to another account, citing for tax reasons. This payment was made to Thi Thi Ngoc Huynh. In total, I paid $220.
Honestly, the treatment didn’t feel worth the cost, but I chose to leave quietly. I wasn’t planning to return, and only decided to write this after seeing another similar review. You assumed that anonymous review was mine and blocked me. When I asked why you were no longer active on Instagram, you responded with a hostile message—which I found highly unprofessional.
This experience has made me question the authenticity of your reviews. Many seem scripted or possibly paid. I’ve contacted the ATO and confirmed that this is not a registered business.
