Learning the differences between this program and some of the other programs made the difference for us. We nearly made a huge mistake with the “other guys”. This program is from a non profit, one that will help your credit score and put you on a debt free path. The others claim to do something similar like that. They are merely setting themselves up as a bad debt collection agency, selling themselves to your creditors as collection agency for them, all while charging you high fees as you destroy your credit with charge offs for many years to come. Not much difference there as to filing bankruptcy or just plain hiding from creditors and waiting to be sued. Huge difference here with this program and with an almost opposite approach to the debt problem. This truly is a far less expensive option than even getting a large loan, if you could qualify for one the fees and interest would be high. This is truly a great option easy to start and I’m glad I took the time to research all options until I understood each.

Extremely Helpful Company
I am just now getting started on the Debt Management Plan and they have been so helpful! I have been getting quotes from a few nin profits and Family Credit Management has been the most affordable and most responsive. They allow you to use call text or email and they don't blow your phone up with calls. Every other place I had looked at required a call or they would call multiple times. I even had one where it took 3 days for me to even get connected because they only had one phone number and the wait time to get connected was average of 39 minutes to an hour and it was a different person each time. With Family Credit Management, I have been assigned one person the whole time, I was able to do everything on my time and get emails/texts, and they have be so helpful. Megan Wyss is my contact and she has been absolutely amazing! She has been so helpful and knowledgeable in this process. I already feel a weight lifted in a stressful situation. I am very excited to begin this journey!

This has been the most smoothist process that we have ever experienced. Customer service has been fantastic from the beginning to the end of the process. We are so happy and satisfied. This has also taken alot of stress off our shoulders. We can sleep at night now and not have to worry how we are going to pay our monthly bills now.

So far it has been an easy going process and Chris has been amazing so far! I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity as I lost my job caring for my two year old son who had a stroke this has lifted so much weight off my shoulder as I think about being debt free!

I wish I would have contacted Family Credit sooner. The process was nonjudgmental, efficient and quick. I unfortunately tried using another company to resolve my accounts (Debt Relief) when all it did was cause my credit score to drop from good to bad.
