Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies. As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way. Excellent Customer Service and Enrollment Experience
I spent several months researching debt management programs before deciding to enroll with Family Credit Management. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured to make a decision. My counselor, Whitney Rice, was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
Every email and phone inquiry was answered promptly, and the enrollment process was straightforward. When I had questions about account closures, payment timing, and updating my information, they were addressed quickly and professionally. I appreciated that they allowed me to wait until after I completed my move before moving forward with enrollment.
I have just enrolled in the program, so I cannot yet speak to the long-term results. However, based on my experience so far, I have been very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and customer service provided by Family Credit Management. I'm looking forward to working with them over the coming years to become debt-free.
